3 Remove the Display
Removing the screw from under the LED display.
Gently pull the LED display out of its housing within the handlebars. Be careful not to damage the cables.
Tool required: 2.5mm Allen Key
Tip: If the LED display does not easily pull out of the handlebar housing, use the 2.5mm Allen key to gently push it out through the screw hole from the back of the handlebar.
Remove the screw from under the LED display using the 2.5mm Allen key. Set the screw aside for use during installation in step 11.
Retrieve 2.5mm Allen screw

4 Install the Handlebar
Aligning the front fork (before mounting the handlebar).
Align the fork to the frame so it faces forward. The front brake assembly should be on the same side as the kickstand (the rider's left side).
Ensure cables are free and do not restrict the range of motion needed for steering.
1 Preparation for Assembly
Unpack all components from the product packaging, including the Toolkit.
- Assembly time: ~30 minutes
- Clear a workspace
- Do not overtighten screws
Tools:
- Y-Wrench (3mm / 4mm / 5mm)
- Phillips Screwdriver with L-key
- 2.5mm Allen Wrench
- 13mm / 15mm Wrenches

2 Prepare the Handlebar
Remove the hex bolt, cap, and cardboard tube from the handlebar stem.
Remove the hex bolt screw from the cardboard tube on the handlebar stem. Set the hex bolt aside for use during installation in step 5.
Tool required: 5mm Y-Wrench
Discard the cardboard tube and the black cap held by the hex bolt.
5 Connect the Handlebar
Attach the handlebar to the stem on top of the fork.
Position the handlebar onto the stem and insert the hex bolt (from step 2) through the handlebar.
Tool required: 5mm Y-Wrench
Gently tighten the hex bolt using the 5mm end of the Y-wrench so there is no play between the fork and the frame.
6 Secure the Handlebar
Secure the handlebar.
Tighten the two steering stem screws under the handlebar using the 5mm end of the Y-wrench so they are firmly in place.
Tool required: 5mm Y-Wrench
Torque spec: 12±0.5 N m
Hex bolt torque spec: 5±0.5 N m
7 Install the Front Wheel
Attach the front wheel to the fork.
Remove the black fork protector from the bottom of the fork and discard it.
Insert the front wheel axle into the fork slots. Ensure the brake rotor is aligned to fit the front disc brake.
Install the washers (with the serrated side facing inward) and cap nuts on the outside of the fork. Tighten them with the 15mm wrench until they are secure.
The correct tire pressure is 50-80 psi.
Tool required: 15mm Wrench
Torque spec: 20-25 N m
Parts required: Cap and washer x2
11 Reinstall the LED Display
Reinstall the display.
Reposition the display into the handlebar housing. Be careful not to pinch the cables.
Tool required: 2.5mm Allen Key
Using the 2.5mm Allen key, reinstall the screw previously removed in step 3 from under the display, so the display sits flush within the handlebar housing.
Retrieve 2.5mm Allen screw
Connect the power cable end coming from the bottom of the display to the power cable exiting the bottom of the frame. Carefully align the arrows on the cables.
8 Attach the Front Fender
Attach the front fender to the fork.
Using the 4mm end of the Y-wrench, remove the two screws fastened to the back of the fork.
Tool required: 4mm Y-Wrench
Reinsert the two screws through the holes at the end of the fender support bracket to secure them to the fork.
Use the 4mm end of the Y-wrench to remove the screw located on the top rear side of the fork.
Reinsert the screw through the fender's mounting bracket on the top of the fender and securely fasten it to the rear of the fork.
Tip: Ensure the fender is parallel to the wheel so it does not contact the wheel's rotation.
Torque spec: 5-6 N m
Torque spec: 5-6 N m
9 Install the Seat
Adjust seat height.
Remove the soft rubber cap located on the frame just below the seat post to reveal the seat clamp bolt.
Tool required: 5mm Y-Wrench
Using the 5mm end of the Y-wrench, loosen the seat clamp bolt. Adjust the seat post to your desired height. Once positioned, tighten the seat clamp bolt until it locks and replace the rubber cap into the frame.
Do not extend the seat post beyond the minimum insertion line indicated on the seat post.
Torque spec: 12±0.5 N m
12 Battery Charging
Connect the charger
Use the provided power supply and connect it to the battery charging port (under the rubber flap +/-).
End of Charge
When fully charged, a green light on the power supply indicates the charge is complete. The battery can be charged on the bicycle or removed for charging. It is recommended to allow 4-6 hours for a full bicycle charge.
Tip: Use the keys to unlock and charge the battery.
13 Install Reflectors
Rear Reflector - Red
Wrap the rear reflector's bracket around the seat post. Secure with a flathead screwdriver. Position the reflector facing the rear.
Front Reflector - White
Wrap the front reflector's bracket around the handlebar, near the stem. Secure with a flathead screwdriver. Position the reflector facing forward.
Wheel Reflectors
Wrap the wheel reflector's bracket around a wheel spoke. Secure with a flathead screwdriver.
Tool required: Flathead screwdriver (not provided)
10 Install the Pedals
Attach the pedals.
Screw in the left pedal marked "L" counter-clockwise (as it is reverse threaded).
Tool required: 15mm Wrench
Screw in the right pedal marked "R" clockwise.
Tighten both pedals with the 15mm wrench.
Each pedal is marked with an "L" or "R" corresponding to the appropriate side (right or left) on the bolt end and the inner side of the pedal. See illustration below.
Torque spec: 30-35 N m
Maximum torque: 1.5 N m
