Charging Instructions

Battery status indicator explanation:

• Red light on: Low battery
• Blue light flashing: Charging
• Blue light on: Charging complete

Charging Guidelines:

• Use only the provided charging adapter.
• Charging from low battery to full takes 3-4 hours.
• Avoid using the device while charging if the battery is low to protect battery life.
• Charge within an ambient temperature range of 41°F~104°F to prevent battery damage.

Usage Instructions

• Only one ball can be inserted at a time.
• Ensure no ball is already inside before pressing the "LAUNCH" button. Remove any existing ball first.
• The device powers off automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.
• Use only the official iRetriever Ball provided with the device. Using other balls may cause jamming, blockage, or hazards.

WARNING! It is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the launch port and the pitching passage!

Cleaning & Maintenance

Internal Machine Cleaning

1. Unscrew the two screws on the removable cover.
2. Pry the cover from the cover opening.
3. Clean foreign objects inside the machine.
4. Assemble the removable cover and tighten the screws.

iRetriever Ball Maintenance and Cleaning

• Wipe and dry the iRetriever Ball before use, especially if used in wet or dirty conditions, as this can affect its range.
• Replace the iRetriever Ball if it is damaged to prevent accidental swallowing injuries from pet bites. Replacement balls are available at www.uahpet.com.

Other Cleaning Considerations

• Regularly inspect and clean the sensor radar port to ensure proper function.
• Clean the device surface with a wrung-out towel. Do not use strong acid or alkaline liquids, and do not rinse with water.
• If the device gets wet, power it off immediately, store it properly, and allow it to air dry naturally before reuse.
• Do not apply external force to the swinging area to prevent damage.
• Do not put the ball into the launch port to prevent the device from getting stuck or damaged.

• Prevent pets from biting or damaging the charging cable to avoid electric shock.
• Do not attempt to repair the product unless authorized.
• Adult supervision is required when children operate the product. Prevent children from treating the device as a toy or sitting on it.

• Do not aim the device at people or pets to prevent injury.
• If the device malfunctions due to falling, impact, damage, breakage, deformation, corrosion, or water ingress, cease use immediately.
• Do not use the device in confined spaces to prevent damage to furniture and valuables.
• Do not touch the power device with wet hands.

Product Features and Usage

Random Mode

In power-on state, short press "RANDOM" button. The upper indicator light illuminates, and the device enters multi-directional mode. The device will randomly launch the ball in three different directions. Please use outdoors or in wide-open spaces.

Launch Mode

In power-on state, short press "LAUNCH" button. The upper indicator light remains illuminated, and the device enters launch mode. Put the ball into the pitching port to launch. Short press "LAUNCH" again to exit launch mode.

GT Mode

In power-on state, short press "GT" button. The upper indicator light illuminates, and the device enters GT mode. This mode offers adjustable launch distances across three gears: Gear 1 (20-30ft), Gear 2 (40-50ft), Gear 3 (60-70ft). The mechanical sound increases in GT mode; use after pet training and adaptation.

Radar Obstacle Avoidance

The device has a maximum launch range of 80ft. The obstacle avoidance system has a range of 6ft with a 20° angle.

• RANDOM Mode OFF: If the sensor radar detects pets, children, or obstacles within the launch range (6ft, 20°), the device automatically stops launching.
• RANDOM Mode ON: If pets or people are detected within the launch range, the device automatically adjusts the angle to avoid obstacles and continues launching. If obstacle avoidance fails 10 consecutive times, the device stops launching and turns off launch mode.
