Product Display

Earphones Specification

Basic Operation

1. Power on: Open the lid, and the earbuds boot up automatically. Alternatively, long press the MFB (Multi-Function Button) for 3 seconds; you will hear a "power on" prompt tone.
2. Power off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid; the earbuds will turn off automatically. Alternatively, long press the MFB for 3 seconds; you will hear a "power off" prompt tone.
3. Volume Control: Single click the left earbud (L) to decrease volume, and the right earbud (R) to increase volume. A beep indicates maximum or minimum volume.
4. Playback/Call Control: Double click to Play/Pause music, Answer Call, or Hang up Call. Reject a call when in calling mode by double-clicking.
5. Track Skip: Triple click the left earbud (L) to Skip Back to the previous track. Triple click the right earbud (R) to Skip Forward to the next track.
6. Voice Assistance: Long press the left earbud (L) for 2 seconds to activate Siri (or other voice assistant), indicated by a beep. Long press for 2 seconds again to exit voice assistant mode (indicated by a beep).
7. Game/Music Mode: Long press the right earbud (R) for 2 seconds to enter "Game mode" (indicated by "Beep Game mode" prompt). Long press for 2 seconds again to switch to "Music mode" (indicated by "Music mode" prompt).
8. Factory Reset: With the earbuds on and not connected to any device, quickly click the MFB 5 times to clear pairing data. Both earbuds' LED lights will turn on, then automatically turn off after 3 seconds. Place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, open it again, and reconnect to your device.

Bluetooth Pairing Instructions

1. L&R Earbuds Pairing: The left and right earbuds will auto-pair upon opening the case. The master earbud will flash quickly when pairing is successful, while the slave earbud's light will go off.
2. Connect to Device: Once connected to a device, both earbuds' lights will turn off. Search for the Bluetooth name "D4S-BB1" on your device, select it, and connect.
3. Automatic Reconnection: After the initial successful connection, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired phone by default when the case is opened.

Indicator Light Display

1. Power on: Indicator lights flash 3 times.
2. Power off: Indicator lights flash 1 time.
3. Un-connected: The master earbud light flashes 1 time per second.
4. Game mode: Both earbuds lights are on and display a breathing effect.
5. Low Battery Warning: The indicator light flashes 1 time every 2 seconds.
6. Charging the Case:
   • Less than 25% battery: The first segment indicator flashes.
   • 25%-50% battery: The second segment indicator flashes.
   • 50%-75% battery: The third segment indicator flashes.
   • 75%-100% battery: The fourth segment indicator flashes.
   • Full battery: All lights remain constantly on.
7. Case Charging Earbuds:
   • When the case lid is opened, the case light indicator is on for 60 seconds.
   • When the lid is closed (with earbuds inside), the earbud's LED light is on while charging and goes off when the battery is full. The light is off if an earbud is not inside the case.

Notes on Charging

1. If earbuds cannot be charged or turned on after a period of use, the contacts may be oxidized. To resolve this, clean the contacts and the two thimbles in the charging compartment using alcohol and a cloth.
2. When earbuds are placed back into the charging compartment, they will turn off and start charging. Removing them again will automatically turn them on and pair with each other.

Maintenance

• The recommended operating temperature range is 0-100 degrees Celsius. Exposure to extreme cold, overheating, or high temperatures can reduce battery life and affect product performance.
• Do not use the product during thunderstorms.
• After a long period of non-use, please charge the earbuds before using them.
• Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the earbuds.
• If water or sweat gets into the notch, wipe it with a dry cloth; this will not affect normal use.

Common Problems

1. Earphone cannot be paired with the mobile phone: Please check if the headset is in pairing or back-to-back mode, and verify the mobile phone's Bluetooth search function is active.
2. Headset cannot be turned on: Please ensure the earphone is fully charged.
3. Can I replace the battery of the earphone: No, this earphone uses a non-removable battery.
4. Can I use the earphone while driving: You can use this earphone while driving, but it is not recommended to use a Bluetooth headset for extended periods while driving; minimize volume if used.
5. Earphone is disconnected from the phone: The effective distance of this earphone is 10 meters indoors. If the distance between the mobile phone and the earphone exceeds 10 meters, or if there are multiple obstacles, the connection may be lost. Please keep the earphone within the effective distance.
6. Hearing different sounds after connecting to a computer or mobile phone: Because Bluetooth is a wireless technology, it is sensitive to objects between the earphone and the connected device. Please check if there is metal or other objects in the connection range that might affect the connection.
7. Can the earphone be used to control applications on the mobile phone: The functionality may vary as software settings of device applications differ, and some may not support earphone control functions.
