Caution: Switch off and unplug the blender before adding or removing food.

Warning: Do not operate the blender without food, as this can cause damage.

Switch off and unplug before removing the attachment or cleaning.

Maximum constant operation time is 20 seconds. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before subsequent use.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
The blender will not operate. The blender is not connected to the mains power supply. Plug in and switch on the blender at the mains power supply.
The blades will not move when in contact with ingredients. The ingredients are hard vegetables (e.g., potato, carrot, turnip), making it difficult for the blender to blend. Only blend ingredients such as cooked vegetables or soft fruit.
The blender is getting hot. The blender is under too much strain as the ingredients are too hard. Only blend ingredients such as cooked vegetables or soft fruit. Use the blender in 20-second bursts, allowing it to cool between uses.

Storage

  • Reassemble the blender.
  • Ensure the blender is cool, clean, and dry before storing in a cool, dry place.
  • Do not wrap the cord tightly around the blender; wrap it loosely to avoid damage.

Please check that the voltage indicated on the product corresponds with your supply voltage.

Important: The wire colours in the mains lead may not correspond with terminal markings in your plug. Follow these instructions:

  • Never connect either the brown or blue wire to the EARTH terminal (symbol ⏚).

Ensure the cord grip is fastened correctly. The plug must be fitted with a fuse of the same rating, conforming to BS 1362 and be ASTA approved.

If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician.

Non-Rewireable Mains Plug: If replacing the fuse in a non-rewireable plug, use an ASTA approved fuse of the same rating.

To remove a non-rewireable plug: DISCONNECT FROM THE MAINS, cut the cord, and dispose of the plug safely. Never reuse or insert it into a socket.
