On macOS

After downloading, open the 1 “Downloads” folder, which appears at the right end of the Dock by default. Then, click 2. Downloaded files will be shown.

3. Copy the firmware update file to an SD card.

The following procedures are the same on both Windows and macOS.

4. Install new batteries in the F8n Pro or connect an AC adapter.

NOTE: The firmware update is not possible if the remaining battery power is low.

5. Insert the SD card into the SD CARD 1 slot.

A diagram illustrates inserting an SD card into the SD CARD 1 slot of the F8n Pro. The diagram shows the slot and the direction of insertion.

6. Turn the power on while pressing the ►/II button.

8. After the firmware update completes, turn the power off.

A screenshot of the F8n Pro display shows "Update Systems 1.02 -> 1.10 Complete! Please power off."

NOTE: In the unlikely event that firmware update should fail, conduct the procedures to install it again to update the firmware.
