Product Overview

Delta produces the H5E battery-ready solar inverter, featuring 5kW/5.5kVA power output. The H5E is a single-phase inverter designed for residential PV applications where maximum versatility and profitability are important. With its plug-and-play battery-ready design, installers can easily attach a DC-coupled battery in the future. By incorporating the consumption meter inside the inverter, Delta has made it easy and economical to receive 24/7 energy generation and usage data. This also allows for export control should a network request it. Being incorporated inside, the consumption meter is covered by the inverter's advanced replacement warranty for the full inverter period.

System Architecture

Hybrid Energy Storage System

A diagram illustrates a hybrid energy storage system. Solar Panels connect to the H5E inverter. The H5E inverter then connects to the Main Load and the Grid, with a Current Transformer (CT) monitoring the connection to the Grid. Compatible battery models BX6.3_EX and BX6.3_DD are indicated. Main loads include Washing Machine, Air Conditioner, Cooking appliances, and Microwave.

Hybrid Energy Storage System with Backup Power

The H5E inverter connects to an ATS Box, which then distributes power to Critical Load and Main Load. A Current Transformer (CT) monitors the connection to the Grid. Critical loads include Charging devices, Surveillance Camera, TV, and Light. Main loads include Washing Machine, Air Conditioner, Cooking appliances, and Microwave.

APP & Cloud

Delta's cloud service can be enjoyed with just one Wi-Fi router. The MyDeltaSolar Cloud app is available on Google Play and the App Store. Screenshots show the app's real-time data display (Today Energy, Production, Charge, Consumption, Purchased, Discharge, Battery SOC), data curve visualization (daily, monthly, yearly production and feed-in), and function settings (grid setting, network, consumption, maintenance). The app provides local point-to-point monitoring and fleet monitoring via MyDeltaSolar cloud.
