Charging When the LED flashes red every 10s and you hear a voice prompt "low battery", you should fully recharge the device for about 2 hours. The LED will remain red while charging and turn off when charging is complete. You can plug it into a USB wall charger (DC 5V / 0.5-2A) or computer USB port that is powered on. Clear the headphones pairing history Make sure NB16 is powered on. Press and hold and together for about 10s, until LED lights on blue and red simultaneously for about 2s (looks pink). It will power off thereafter. Troubleshooting · No sound with PC? - Set Avantree NB16 as the default device or output device on the PC. - When using NB16 to make VOIP calls through apps, please set NB16 Hands-Free as Microphone and Speakers device. · No sound with Bluetooth transmitter to watching TV? - Check audio source is properly · AUX & RCA output on TV tested by wired headphones · OPT output on TV Set audio format to "PCM/LPCM" or turn off Dolby/DTS - Change your TV audio out setting to External speakers / Headset. - Ensure Bluetooth transmitter and headphones are connected properly. · Headphones do not pair with Bluetooth device - Ensure NB16 is in Pairing mode correctly LED will flash BLUE and RED alternately. - For Bluetooth transmitter, please ensure the transmitter is in Pairing mode refer to its user manual. - For Smart phone, tablet and PC · Turn the Bluetooth feature off and then on. · Delete your Avantree NB16 headphones from the Bluetooth list on your device.
