The touchscreen supports various mounting standards:

Installation

  1. Step 1: Screw the mounting adapter to the pre-installed wallbox using the appropriate set of holes.

This step involves attaching the mounting adapter to various wallbox types. The adapter is a rectangular plate with screw holes, designed to fit:

    • Square 4 in (102 mm) U.S. single-gang wallbox (horizontally-mounted)
    • Standard U.S. single-gang wallbox (horizontally-mounted)
    • Square UK Style Wallbox
    • Round EU Style Wallbox

Visual representation: A rectangular mounting adapter is shown with various screw holes, positioned over different wallbox shapes (square U.S., square UK, round EU) to illustrate compatibility.

  2. Step 2: Plug Ethernet cable into the RJ-45 connector on the back of the touchscreen.

The back of the touchscreen features an RJ-45 port for Ethernet connection. A small circular button labeled "Reset button" is also visible, and a cable is shown connecting to a "PoE switch".

  3. Step 3: Push the Ethernet cable back into the wallbox ensuring that the wire is not pinched.

  4. Step 4: Mount the touchscreen on to mounting adapter by inserting the posts on the mounting adapter through the keyed slots on the back of the touchscreen and rotating it counter-clockwise ↺.

  5. Step 5: Turn on power to the PoE switch, powering the touchscreen.

Troubleshooting
