Maintaining water and dust resistance

NOTE: Your device is IP54 rated for dust and water resistance. To maintain these features, ensure SIM/memory card tray openings are free of dust and water, and the tray is securely inserted before exposure to liquids.

CAUTION: To avoid electric shock and damage, do not charge a wet device or in a wet area. Do not handle the device, charger, or cables with wet hands while charging. The device is not impervious to dust and water damage in all situations. Ensure all compartments are closed tightly.

Follow these tips to prevent damage and maintain dust and water resistance:

• IP54 rating tests submersion in fresh water deeper than 1.5 meters for over 30 minutes.
• If exposed to fresh water, dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.
• If exposed to liquids other than fresh water, rinse with fresh water and dry as directed.
• Seal or tightly close any accessible compartments or ports to prevent liquid entry.
• If the device has been immersed in water or the microphone/speaker is wet, sound may be unclear during calls. Dry the device thoroughly with a dry cloth before use.
• Do not expose the device to high-pressure water.
• Dropping or impacting the device may damage its water and dust resistant features.

NOTE: Liquids other than fresh water may penetrate faster. Failure to rinse and dry properly may cause functional or cosmetic issues.

Charge the battery

Your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. Use only RebotAi-approved chargers and cables. Do not use incompatible, worn, or damaged batteries, chargers, or cables to avoid injury or damage. Warranty may not cover damage from third-party charging devices/batteries.

TIP: The device and charger may get hot and stop charging during use. This is normal and does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. Disconnect the charger and allow the device to cool down.
