1. Power On Camera
Connect the camera to a power source. You can choose a wireless or wired network connection. As the camera supports PoE, you can also connect it to PoE equipment, such as a PoE switch, using an Ethernet cable to transmit both power and data simultaneously (refer to Section 1 diagram).
2. Get Imou Life App
Scan the QR code in Section 2 or search for "Imou Life" to download and install the app. Create an account and log in.
3. Set Up Camera
Scan the QR code on the device body or the cover of this guide with the app, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup (refer to Section 3 diagram).
4. Install Camera
Ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to support three times the camera's weight. Refer to Section 4 diagram for detailed installation procedures.

Resetting the Camera
If you need to reset the camera, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds. The LED will turn solid red during camera boot-up.
