Introduction

This guide provides essential steps for setting up your Phonak TVLink II system to wirelessly stream audio from your television to your hearing aids.

Components

The Phonak TVLink II system includes the following key components:

  • Phonak TVLink II basestation: The central unit that connects to your TV and power source.
  • ComPilot II: A wearable device that receives audio from the basestation and transmits it to compatible hearing aids.
  • Cables: Optical audio cable and Coaxial audio cable for connecting the basestation to the TV's audio output.

Step 1: Connect Power and Audio Cable

Connect the Phonak TVLink II basestation to your TV and a power outlet.

Step 2: Charge ComPilot II

Charge the ComPilot II for approximately 1 hour before its first use.

Wear the ComPilot II around your neck using the provided lanyard.
