Clapet coupe-feu
Model: 11043349
ISONE®2.1 FTE70 Ø 250 mm Stock
The ISONE® 2.1 dampers are easy to select: a single model for all partitions and all fire resistance ratings.
Product Highlights
- Single damper model for all partitions: easy selection.
- Ergonomic quick reset handle: 2 seconds is enough.
- Optional stainless steel axis for demanding environments.
- Optional remote control unit (0.7m or 3m).
- Aldes SecurONE application for damper data collection and sharing.
- Unique mechanism, from the simplest to the most equipped damper: easy to select, install, and maintain.
Operating Principle
The damper is open in standby position.
It opens upon command from the CMSI (Fire Safety Control System) or the thermal probe, moving to the safety (closed) position.
It can be reset remotely via the motorization.
Diagram Description: The ISONE® 2.1 damper components are: 1: Installation bracket, 2: Lip seal, 3: Blade with sealing gasket, 4: Galvanized steel tunnel body (sleeve), 5: Fire plate, 6: ISONE®2.1 PM mechanism.
Product Description
Fire dampers for tertiary buildings (ERP, IGH - Public Access Buildings, High-Rise Buildings). They restore the fire resistance rating of partitions traversed by a ventilation duct.
Equipped with a default 70°C thermal release fuse.
Controllable by electromagnetic coil (24/48VCC emission, 24VCC or 48VCC rupture). Reset motor: 24-48 VCC/VDC.
Fire resistance rating up to 120 minutes on all standard partitions.
Installation
- Installation without sealing on lightweight partitions, even with post-mounted lintels.
- Recessed mounting on:
- Concrete wall/slab and cellular concrete
- Plasterboard partition walls
- Type A plasterboard (1h) and Type F (2h) plasterboard
- Remote mounting on PROMAT / GEOSTAF.
- Positioning on lightweight partitions using installation brackets.
- EXAP EN 15882-2:2015, rules X.45 and X.46: extended recess dimensions.
- Respect fire classification reports during installation.
Installation Diagrams Description: The diagrams illustrate the ISONE® 2.1 circular damper mounted in various partition types: concrete wall, concrete slab, plasterboard partition (120 minutes), lightweight partition (120 minutes), and lightweight partition (60 minutes) with post-mounted lintel. Dimensions and clearances are indicated.

Performance Curves
Graph Description: The graph displays performance curves. The X-axis represents air velocity (V [m/s]). The left Y-axis shows pressure drop (ΔP [Pa]), and the right Y-axis shows acoustic power (Lw [dB(A)]). The curves illustrate the relationship between pressure drop and acoustic power for different nominal damper diameters (ØD [mm]) at varying air velocities.
