FAQS
Q1: How does this product massage?
A1: There are 2+2 airbags inside. They inflate and deflate to simulate kneading and stroking of tissues, similar to human hands. This helps relax muscles, increase circulation, and relieve pain.
Q2: How many massage modes, and what's the difference?
A2: There are 3 massage modes:
- Mode 1: Sequence Mode: Sleeves inflate and deflate from lower to upper.
- Mode 2: Circulation Mode: Sleeves inflate and deflate circularly from lower to upper.
- Mode 3: Whole Mode: Sleeves inflate and deflate simultaneously and wholly.
Q3: Why can't I feel the heat?
A3: The heating function is off by default. Press the "Heat" button to turn it on; wait 3-5 minutes. Ensure both air hoses are correctly inserted into the controller.
Q4: What should I do if I feel the temperature is too hot?
A4: Use a lower temperature setting or turn it off. Wearing trousers may help if necessary.
Q5: What should I do if I feel the massage strength is too light or too tight?
A5: There are 3 selectable massage strength levels via the controller. Choose the intensity that suits you. You can also adjust strength by changing the tightness of the Velcro on the wraps.
Q6: Why does it not work when I press the button?
A6: Ensure both air hoses are inserted into the controller; otherwise, it will not work.
Q7: How long should we use it?
A7: We suggest using it 1-2 times daily for 20 minutes per session. You can use it for longer if you feel tired or wish to continue enjoying the massage.
Q8: Why does the controller get hot?
A8: It is normal for the controller to get hot if used for extended periods. We suggest using it for 20 minutes per session. If it works too long, it may get hot.
Q9: Why does the controller make sound?
A9: The sound comes from the working air pump in the controller, which continuously supplies air to the airbags in the wraps. This is a normal phenomenon.
Q10: What should I do if I have bigger calves?
A10: For bigger calves, use the included extensions to expand the size of the wraps.
Q11: What should I do if I have bigger feet?
A11: For bigger feet, unbutton the top part of the toes section.
Diagram Description (Calf/Foot Adjustment): Illustrations show how to attach extensions to the leg wraps for larger calves and how to unbutton the foot section for larger feet.
