VW / Skoda Wiring Diagram

See the wiring diagram below for all accessory and wiring harness connections. Please note the wiring and installation instructions for the DAB antenna.

Wiring Diagram Description:

This diagram illustrates the connections for the Dynavin infotainment system in VW and Skoda vehicles. It details various antenna inputs, power connections, audio/video interfaces, and control signals.

Antenna Connections:

DAB ANTENNA: Connects via FAKRA plug. Requires connection to a metal part of the car.
GPS ANTENNA: Connects via FAKRA plug.
BT WIFI ANTENNA: Connects via FAKRA plug.
FM/AM ANTENNA: Connects via FAKRA plug.

Main Connectors and Ports:

Original car connector: Connects to the vehicle's factory wiring harness.
MDI&CP: For Media Device Interface and compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
PHONE: For telephone connectivity.
Fast Charge: Supports fast charging for connected devices.
V-IN: Video input port.
MIC: Microphone input.
SUB: Subwoofer output.
AV-IN: Audio/Video input port.
FRONT REAR: Likely for speaker outputs or system configuration.
CAMERA: Input for a rear-view camera.
CAMERA POWER: Power supply for the rear-view camera.
REVERSE: Signal input for reverse gear detection (activates backup camera).
GND: Ground connection.
BT MIC: Dedicated input for Bluetooth microphone.
HUD 150: Connection for a Heads-Up Display unit.
12V output: Provides 12V power output.
AMP-CON: Connection for external amplifier control.
+12V: Main power input.
GND: Main ground connection.

The system supports CarPlay and Android Auto.

Navigation Map File

Due to storage space limitations, not all map files are installed in the Premium Flex system. Please configure the map file in the Map Updates menu. For the latest map file, download it from flex.dynavin.com.

Sound Issue With Original VW Sound System

Disconnect the car battery before installing. If your car is equipped with the VW Sound System and experiences no sound after installation, disconnect the car battery for one hour and then reconnect it.

System Reboot

If you encounter any issues during use, tap the System Reset icon from the main menu and select the "Restart" option.
