Using Your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine
How to choose the location
The wind speed has dramac effects on your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine. The locaon should be carefully considered to achieve the opmal performance of your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine, prior to the mounng of your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine. Each installaon is unique and oen requires some compromise among surrounding environment, distance between your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine and your Nature's Generator Powerhouse or Nature's Generator Powerhouse Power Pod, zoning requirements, budget and etc.

How to choose the tower
Your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine is designed to mount on nominal 1.5 inch schedule 40 steel tubing or piping. The outside diameter of the tubing or piping shall be around 1.875 inch to 1.900 inch. The steel tubing or piping should be available through your local hardware store. Under no circumstances should plasc pipe be used to construct a tower. Towers must be capable of withstanding 270 pounds of load in the horizontal direcon at the wind turbine.
How to Install your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine Cauon: Choose a calm day and have someone available to help during the installaon process. Cauon: The blades' edges are sharp. Please handle carefully. Cauon: Do not assemble the blades before the body is mounted on the pipe or tower. Cauon: Do not connect your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine with Nature's Generator Powerhouse or Nature's Generator Powerhouse Power Pod. unl all installaon has been completed.
Step 1: Run the wind turbine cable through the pipe and drag the connector close to the Nature's Generator Powerhouse or Nature's Generator Powerhouse Power Pod. The female
connector should be close to your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine and the male connector should be close to your Nature's Generator Powerhouse or Nature's Generator Powerhouse Power Pod.

Step 2: Connect the wind turbine cable and your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine by pushing and twisng the connectors.

Step 3: The rubber gasket that is stored inside of the yaw and the included rubber pad will help to prevent the the yaw from contacng the pipe directly. The rubber gasket and rubber pad will assist in reducing the transmission of noise and vibraon down the pipe. Slide the yaw sha all the way down over the top of the pipe and be careful not to pinch the cable. There may be some slight variances of the thickness or size of the pipe from different makers or models. Please adjust the size of rubber pad as needed.

Step 4: Firmly ghten the yaw clamp bolts with the 6mm hex key. Be sure that your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine is securely aached to the pipe.

Step 5: Place one of the blades on one of the hub sockets. Place a lock washer and then a flat washer on the bolt and then insert the bolt through the blade and the socket. Place a nut on the other side of socket and ghten the bolt with the 5mm hex key. Repeat this process on all three blades. Make sure the lock washer and flat washer are placed in the right order. The blades will become loose if they are not installed properly.

M8 nut Step 6: Slide the blade assembly onto the rotor sha and place the lock washer and lock nut on the sha. Make sure the lock washer is right next to the lock nut.

Step 7: Insert the 8mm hex key into the rotor sha. Hold the blade assembly and ghten the M16 nut by turning the 8mm hex key counter clockwise. It is recommended to use a hex key extender (not included) that provides more leverage to ghten the lock nut. Finally, spin the blades slowly to be sure they turn freely and the hub does not move in along the rotor sha.
The lock nut must be ghten all the way down!
Step 8: Place the nose cone over the center of the blade assembly and snap the nose cone into place.

Step 1: Connect the wind turbine cable to the round connector from one side of the controller box by pushing and twisng the connectors.
Step 2: Connector the square connector from the other side of controller box to your Nature's Generator Powerhouse's or Nature's Generator Powerhouse Power Pod's "WIND INPUT" port.

MAINTENANCE Your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine has been designed to run for long periods without requiring any maintenance. Performance will be enhanced if you periodically inspect your system. Review the following simple maintenance procedures and implement every six months.
Caution: Do not go near the wind turbine during operation. · Check blades for superficial damage. Replace blades if damaged. It is important not to use blades that are damaged, as you will lose overall balance, resulng in a decrease in efficiency. Should you noce damage to the blades, you must replace all three blades. The blades are balanced as sets. · Check the blade bolts and the nut for ghtness. · Check nose cone for cracks and ghten nuts. · Wipe any excess dirt build-up from the blades. · Check electrical connecons to make sure they are ght and free from corrosion. · Lubricate the bearings to reduce the fricon.
Trouble shooting Caution: You may require an extra person to assist with these tests.
1. Remove the blades and hub from your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine. 2. Drain your Nature's Generator Powerhouse to show only one bar or two bars of baery
level. 3. Make sure your Nature's Generator Powerhouse main power is switched off. Connect
your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine to your Nature's Geneator Powerhouse. 4. Set your power drill at speed mode and use an 8mm hex drive bit (not inlcuded) to spin the rotor sha. 5. You will see thatthe LCD display on your Nature's Generator Powerhouse lights up and then your wind turbine icon illuminates and the baery bar starts running. This means your Nature's Generator Powerhouse Wind Turbine is recharging your Nature's Generator Powerhouse. You should also feel resistance on the rotor sha.

One Year Limited Warranty Natures Generator Inc. warrants to you, the original purchaser of this new product, that the product shall be free of defects in the original manufacture of the material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of your purchase of the product ("Warranty Period").
