The Avantco AU-48R-HC 48" undercounter refrigerator offers dependable cold food storage. It features two doors providing access to two shelves, each capable of holding up to 88 lb. The epoxy-coated steel shelves are designed for organizing ingredients like eggs, condiments, and sauces.
Built for durability in busy kitchens, the unit has a stainless steel exterior for strength and a sleek appearance. The interior features painted aluminum with a 304 stainless steel floor, ensuring stability for heavy use. Its undercounter design integrates seamlessly beneath existing countertops, saving space.
Optimal performance is maintained by a 1/3 hp refrigeration system circulating R290 refrigerant, keeping temperatures between 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit. R290 refrigerant has an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0 and a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 3. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation provides structural rigidity and helps maintain internal temperatures.
