Lutron Serena and Triathlon Wood Blinds
Lutron Serena and Triathlon Wood Blinds offer quiet, precision control with an Electronic Drive Unit (EDU) housed in the headrail. The EDU provides independent control of tilt, allowing users to store and recall preset tilt angles with a button press. Cordless manual lift and lower enables positioning the blind at any height.
Features
- Single blinds available in widths up to 72 in (1829 mm) and heights up to 72 in (1829 mm).
- System width up to 96 in (2438 mm) is possible when configured as 2 blinds under one valance.
- Provides maximum window coverage with minimal light gaps (1/4 in or 6 mm from slat ends to window frame).
- Tilt can be adjusted for varying privacy/view levels at any blind position.
- Slats move to a pre-determined tilt angle when a stored preset is recalled.
- Multiple presets can be defined for a single blind or a group of blinds.
- Slats are made from stable, high-quality North American basswood, available in various painted and stained finishes.
- Two optional valance styles are available.
- Simple installation for both inside and outside mount applications.
- Low-profile mounting brackets and EDU controls minimize light gap at the top of the headrail.
- Blind components are designed for ultra-quiet operation (tilt operation does not exceed 44 dBA measured 3 ft or 1 m from EDU).
- Battery-powered, wired power, and manual tilt models are available.
- The EDU maintains consistent tilt speed throughout the battery life cycle by monitoring battery voltage and compensating for mechanical load variations.
- Built-in wireless communication uses Clear Connect Type A technology, providing a control range of 30 ft (9 m).
- Compatible with handheld Pico wireless remote control and the Lutron 4-Group blind wireless remote control.
- In Lutron systems, blinds can be controlled by Natural Light Optimization, which automatically tilts blinds to preset angles to diffuse sunlight and maximize daylight comfort.
