Customer Information

Dear Customer: Thank you for purchasing this car player. This manual is provided to help you use the product correctly. Your feedback is appreciated.

Instructions for Use

For safety, avoid watching videos or operating the machine while driving. Adjust volume clearly to hear external sounds. Read this manual and related safety tips before operation. Pay attention to traffic safety, park safely if experiencing difficulty, and do not allow children to operate the machine. Follow traffic rules when using navigation. Avoid using the equipment in areas with open flames or strong electromagnetic interference. Do not attempt to maintain or install the machine yourself; seek professional assistance. Avoid installing in direct sunlight or humid environments, especially near air conditioning vents. Do not use sharp or hard objects on the screen to prevent damage. Protect the machine from damp air and liquids to prevent fire or electric shock.

Tips and Warnings: Pay special attention to labels indicating important warning and prompt information.

Safety Tips

Read all instructions before installation. Professional installation by car audio specialists is recommended. The machine is designed for a 12V power supply system with a grounding wire; do not install it in a 24V vehicle. Do not repair fuses without professional guidance, as improper use can cause damage or fire. Drivers should not watch videos while driving to avoid accidents. For safety and proper product use, professional installation, disassembly, or repair is advised. Contact your local professional car audio store for more information. Avoid exposing the product to humid environments or water to prevent fire, electric shock, or damage.

Note: To prevent short circuits, turn off the car and disconnect the ACC connection to B+ before installation.

Machine Reset

The machine must be reset upon first use or after battery replacement. Reset is also necessary if the machine's functions are abnormal. To reset, navigate to system settings and select 'restore factory settings' or use a pointed object to press the physical RESET button on the panel. This action will turn off the machine and return it to its initial factory state.

Note: Pressing the RESET button will cause loss of time and previously set values.

Installation

There are three primary methods for installing the machine, as illustrated in the accompanying figures: screw-fixed installation, card position fixed installation, and special frame fixed installation. Choose the method best suited to your vehicle's situation. Alternatively, the new radio can be re-installed using the original car radio's mounting method.

Wiring

1. Product Dimension

The unit's front face measures 286mm in width and 135mm in height. The screen opening is approximately 232mm wide by 135mm high. A side view shows a depth of 40mm. The internal screen is 9.0 inches diagonally, with overall dimensions of 218mm wide by 130mm high. The unit also features a rear mounting bracket with dimensions of 185mm wide by 106mm high.

2. Back Interface Diagram

The rear of the unit features various connectors for different functions. These include:

  • RCA Connectors: For audio/video input and output, such as Rear Camera Input, Video Out, Audio Out L/R, Subwoofer, AUX L/R.
  • USB Ports: For connecting USB devices.
  • GPS Antenna Input: For connecting the GPS antenna.
  • Rear Camera Input: A dedicated input for the rear camera.
  • Wiring Harness Connectors: Multi-pin connectors for power, speakers, and control signals. These include KEY1, REVERSE, BRAKE CTL, AUTO ANT, ACC, Battery GND, and speaker outputs (FL, FR, RL, RR).
  • CANBUS Connectors: For communication with the vehicle's CANBUS system.
  • Other Ports: Labeled A1-A14, A2, and B+, likely for specific vehicle signals or accessories.

A diagram illustrates the connections for Radio, GPS Antenna, USB Cable, and Rear Camera Input Cable.

3. Harness

The wiring harness is a bundle of cables and connectors designed to interface the car stereo with the vehicle's electrical system and accessories. It includes various colored wires and specific connectors for power, speakers, CANBUS, USB, and other functions. A diagram shows the main harness connector, a CANBUS box, and individual cables.

4. Installation Steps

The installation process involves several steps, often requiring the use of tools like a multimeter, screwdriver, wire cutters, and prying tools. Key steps include:

  • Identifying and connecting the car's power cord (ACC state, 12V wires).
  • Identifying the ground wire (negative pole).
  • Identifying horn wires.
  • Testing the unit with a battery or power supply before installation.
  • Connecting Bluetooth by turning on the function on the unit and phone, then searching and connecting.
  • Fixing the unit using screws and brackets, potentially adapting original mounting hardware.
  • Installing the navigation antenna in a location with sunlight or on the windshield for optimal signal reception.

Default Passwords: Factory mode password is 8888. Bluetooth Pin Code is 0000/1234.

5. Schematic Diagram of Reversing Camera Wiring

The reversing camera requires specific wiring:

  • Camera Power Cable: Red wire connects to the positive terminal of the reverse light, and the black wire connects to the negative terminal.
  • Camera RCA Cable: A yellow RCA cable connects to the radio's rear input labeled 'REVERSE/BACK/REAR CAMERA'.
  • Trigger Cable: The red wire (A) near the radio does not need to be connected. The red wire (B) near the camera connects to the car's rear light positive. When the gear is shifted to reverse, the device automatically displays the rear view image.

Note: A separate Camera Input is available; do not connect to the RCA cable.

Wiring Method for Rear Camera

Preparation Tools: Tape, screwdriver, wire cutters, plastic prying tool, traction wire.

Step 1: Insert the original accessory camera wire harness into the rear license plate light hole and snap it in.

Step 2: Remove the trunk lining, pull out the waterproof rubber ring, use a tow line to pull the camera cable out of the suitcase, insert the camera wire harness and data connector into the baffle hole, and reinstall the waterproof rubber ring.

Step 3: Remove the decorative lining board on the left side of the trunk, plug the data power integrated extension cable with the camera harness, and route it along the original car harness towards the rear trim panel.

Step 4: Peel off the sealing strip on the left side door of the rear seat, route the cable into the rear cockpit, and pull out the data power integrated plug and remaining extension cords.

Step 5: Secure the trunk and insert the extension cord into the gap of the plastic panel along the door's rubber strip, routing it to the cockpit door.

Step 6: Remove the storage box under the headlights, pass the cable through the top of the OBD interface, and connect the wiring interface to the navigator interface.

NOTE: Connect the rear view wire regardless of whether a rear view camera is used, as this can affect WiFi and Bluetooth signal strength.

Fixed Machine

  1. Fix the bracket on the left and right sides of the machine using screws, adjusting the bracket position according to the actual installation.
  2. Screw the machine into its mounting position within the car's central console.
