  • Products: Over 735,500 products offered by SHI are certified by ENERGY STAR, EPEAT, or TCO. A 7% YoY reduction in the lifecycle carbon footprint of products sold and a 72% growth in customer devices recycled or remarketed.
  • Planet: A 2% decrease in total scope 1 and scope 2 (location-based) GHG emissions, a 10% increase in the share of renewables in total energy consumption, and a 22% decrease in water withdrawn across the organization.
  • People: An average of 15.7 hours spent on training per employee, with 34.5% of employees being women. 181 employee donations were matched through the SHI Giving Program.
  • Principles: 98.9% of employees trained on anti-bribery and corruption, and SHI ranked in the Top 15% among organizations assessed by EcoVadis.
