Installation Note: This model has a rigid base. If piping conduit is to be brought in from the bottom through the base, a hole must be cut into the base on-site before installation, as the factory does not provide this hole. Refer to the diagram for the recommended drilling location.

Vortex Leisure Pty Ltd owns the Vortex SpasTM brand.

Warranty Durations:

• Frame: Lifetime
• Shell structure: 10 years
• Acrylic surface: 5 years
• Jets: 5 years (excludes damage from grit, sand, improper water chemistry; laminar jets 1 year parts only)
• Plumbing: 5 years (for leaks)
• Heater: 5 years (element; after 1 year parts only; excludes damage from incorrect water balance)
• Pumps & equipment: 2 years (after 1 year parts only; excludes damage from incorrect chemical balance)
• Electronic components: 2 years (after 1 year parts only)
• Air blower: 1 year (void if damage by overfilling)
• Thermoclad cabinet: 1 year (structural integrity; finish at delivery; fading/weathering not defects)
• Wifi, audio, ozone, UV, LED lights: 1 year (UV globe parts only)
• External heat pump: 1 year (requires installation by a qualified contractor to be valid)
• Spa hardcover: 1 year (structural integrity, vinyl; excludes damage from improper use)
• IKONTM Deck: 2 years (at delivery; fading/weathering not defects)
• ClearLiftTM Components (Upgrade): Electrical components, Cover foam, Cover frame/mechanical components: 1 year parts and labour, second year parts only. Excludes damage from improper use.

Warranty Coverage & Conditions:

• Coverage begins at the delivery date and extends to the original purchaser through an authorized reseller.
• Written notice and proof of purchase are required within 14 days of defect occurrence.
• Freight costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
• Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Vortex Leisure Pty Ltd.
• Service is initiated through the authorized reseller. If unsatisfactory, notify Vortex Leisure Pty Ltd directly.
• Vortex Leisure Pty Ltd covers the first 50km of service agent travel; additional charges are the owner's responsibility.

Electrical Connection Requirements:

• All electrical connections must be performed by a qualified electrical contractor; failure voids the warranty.
• The spa must be connected to a dedicated MAINS electrical supply circuit protected by a compliant earth leakage circuit breaker safety switch.
• Proof of qualified installation may be requested.

Important Maintenance:

Customers must check and tighten all barrel unions regularly, as failure to do so may affect the warranty. Refer to the user manual for further information.

Warranty Exclusions:

Exclusions include damage from improper water maintenance, operation above 45°C, clogged filters, improper cover use, Acts of God, inadequate installation surface, incorrect electrical installation, commercial use (reduces warranties to 6 months), relocation damage, pest infestation, flooding, third-party carrier damage, corrosion, and specific damage to ClearLiftTM Cover Lifter operations.

Limitations:

This warranty is the sole warranty offered, excluding implied or oral undertakings. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, unauthorized alterations, accidents, misuse, abuse, use of unapproved accessories, or repairs by unauthorized personnel. Vortex Leisure Pty Ltd is not liable for incidental or consequential losses or costs associated with building alterations, removal, delivery, or labor.
