Product Description
This document provides instructions for the MOES Smart Wi-Fi+BLE Light Switch, a glass touch panel smart switch designed to replace traditional switches. It supports Wi-Fi connectivity and offers multi-control association via the MOES App, along with backlight and relay status control. The switch features a scratch-resistant glass panel suitable for various interior designs.

Installation
Note: Make sure that the power at the circuit breaker is off before wiring. A neutral wire is required. Confirm the wall box contains a neutral wire (typically white). If not, try another location or consult a professional electrician. Wire colors may differ from those shown. Ensure wire conductors are securely fastened. Ensure a steady Wi-Fi signal before wiring.
Attention: Please disconnect the power supply before installing or removing the device to avoid irreversible damage from electric current or unpredictable issues like lamp flashing.
Step 1: Power Off and Test
Turn off the circuit breaker and use an electrical tester to verify that power is off before proceeding with wiring.
Step 2: Remove Old Switch
Carefully remove the existing switch from the wall.
Step 3: Identify Line/Load Wire
Identify the line and load wires. Note that wire colors in your home may differ from those in the manual. It is recommended to remove the faceplate of the old switch and use an electrical tester to confirm no voltage is present in the circuit. You might need to turn off multiple circuit breakers.
Step 4: Document Wiring
Take pictures of the existing wiring configuration before disconnecting wires.
Step 5: Panel Removal
Remove the switch's front panel using a screwdriver. Do not perform this step with the power on.
Step 6: Mount and Finish
Place the new switch into the wall box, mount it using the side screws, and install the glass panel from the top. Ensure the wire channels are clear.
Wiring Diagrams Description
The manual illustrates wiring methods for EU and US touch switches. Connections typically involve a live wire (L), neutral wire (N), and connections for lighting circuits (L1, L2, L3, L4).
- EU Switch Wiring (Neutral Required): Live wire connects to L, Neutral wire connects to N. Switch connects to L1. Lights connect between L1-L4 and the neutral wire.
- EU Switch Wiring (No Neutral Required): Live wire connects to L, Neutral wire connects to N. Switch connects to L1. A capacitor connects between L1 and Neutral. Lights connect between L1-L4 and the neutral wire.
- US Touch Switch Wiring (Neutral Required): Similar to EU with neutral required, connecting live wire, neutral wire, switch, and lighting circuits to L1-L4.
- US Touch Switch Wiring (No Neutral Required): Similar to EU no-neutral, with Live wire, Neutral wire, Switch, capacitor between L1 and Neutral, and lights connected to L1-L4 and Neutral.
Preparation for Use & App Pairing
This section details how to connect the smart switch to your mobile device using the MOES app.

Download MOES App
Download the "MOES" application from your app store or by scanning the provided QR code. The MOES app offers enhanced compatibility and features compared to Tuya Smart/Smart Life apps.

Registration or Log In
Open the MOES app. Register for an account by providing your phone number or email address to receive a verification code and set a password. If you already have an account, log in.

App Pairing - Bluetooth Mode (Default)
Ensure your phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled.
Power on the switch. The indicator light will automatically enter a fast flashing status. If the indicator stops flashing within 3 minutes, long-press the button for approximately 10 seconds until it flashes rapidly again. This mode allows Bluetooth pairing.
Open your MOES app. A pop-up window titled "device to be added:1" should appear. Tap "Add". If no pop-up appears, restart the app.

Wi-Fi Connection
Enter your Wi-Fi account and password. Click "NEXT" and wait for the connection to complete. Click "Done" to finish. Note: Wi-Fi supports only 2.4GHz networks (802.11 b/g/n).
Voice Control

Warranty Instructions
This product comes with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. To exercise warranty rights, present the warranty card and proof of purchase. The warranty covers product quality issues within 24 months. It does not cover mechanical damage due to user fault, improper use, wear and tear, or tampering with seals/serial numbers. For service, contact the place of purchase or store.
