Accessories

The following accessories may be included:

The specific number and type of accessories provided may vary depending on the purchased model. Additional accessories can be acquired separately from the After-sales Service.

Inserting Accessories

Using the Meat Probe (If Present)

Insert the food probe deep into the meat, avoiding bones or fatty areas. For poultry, insert it lengthways into the center of the breast, avoiding hollow areas. Place the food in the oven and connect the probe's plug into the provided socket on the right-hand side of the oven's cooking compartment.

Functions

6th SENSE

Enables fully automatic cooking for various food types including Lasagna, Meat, Fish, Vegetables, Cakes & Pastries, Salt cakes, Bread, and Pizza. For optimal results, follow the indications in the relative cooking table.

COOK 4

Allows cooking of different foods requiring the same temperature on four levels simultaneously. Suitable for cookies, cakes, round pizzas (including frozen), and preparing a complete meal. Consult the cooking table for best results.

FORCED AIR

Designed for cooking different foods that require the same temperature on several shelves (up to three) at the same time. This function prevents odours from transferring between foods.

TRADITIONAL FUNCTIONS

CONVECT BAKE

For cooking meat and baking cakes with fillings on a single shelf.

TURBO GRILL

Ideal for roasting large joints of meat such as legs, roast beef, and chicken. It is recommended to use a drip tray positioned on a lower shelf, containing 500 ml of drinking water, to collect cooking juices.

FROZEN BAKE

Automatically selects the ideal cooking temperature and mode for five different types of ready-frozen food. The oven does not require preheating for this function.

SPECIAL FUNCTIONS

MAXI COOKING

Automatically selects the best cooking mode and temperature for large joints of meat (exceeding 2.5 kg). It is advisable to turn the meat during cooking for even browning and to baste it periodically to prevent drying.

RISING

Provides optimal proving for sweet or savoury dough. Do not activate this function if the oven is still hot from a previous cooking cycle.

DEFROSTING

Helps to speed up the defrosting of food. Place food on the middle shelf and keep it in its packaging to prevent the exterior from drying out.

KEEP WARM

Maintains the temperature of just-cooked food, keeping it hot and crisp.

ECO FORCED AIR

Suitable for cooking stuffed roasting joints and fillets of meat on a single shelf. Gentle, intermittent air circulation helps prevent food from drying out excessively. During this ECO function, the oven light remains switched off. To optimize power consumption, the oven door should not be opened until the food is completely cooked.

CONVENTIONAL

For cooking any type of dish on a single shelf.

GRILL

Used for grilling steaks, kebabs, and sausages, cooking vegetables au gratin, or toasting bread. A drip tray with 500 ml of water is recommended when grilling meat to collect juices.

FAST PREHEAT

A function designed for rapidly preheating the oven.

TIMERS

Used for editing function time values.

MINUTEMINDER

Allows you to keep track of time without activating a cooking function.

AUTOMATIC OVEN CLEANING - PYRO

Eliminates cooking spatters by utilizing a cycle at very high temperatures. Two self-cleaning cycles are available: a complete cycle (Pyro) and a shorter cycle (Pyro Eco). The quicker cycle is recommended for regular use, while the complete cycle is for heavily soiled ovens.

FAVORITE

Allows retrieval of a list of up to 10 favorite functions.

SETTINGS

Used for adjusting the oven's settings.

When "ECO" mode is active, the display brightness is reduced to conserve energy, and the oven lamp switches off after one minute. It reactivates automatically whenever any button is pressed.

When "DEMO" is "On", all commands and menus are active, but the oven does not heat up. To deactivate this mode, access "DEMO" from the "SETTINGS" menu and select "Off".

By selecting "FACTORY RESET", the product switches off and then returns to its first switch-on state. All settings will be deleted.

First Time Use

1. Select the Language

You will need to set the language and time when you switch on the appliance for the first time. "English" will show on the display. Press navigation buttons (PLUS/MINUS) to scroll through the list of available languages and select the one you require. Press CONFIRM to confirm your selection. The language can subsequently be changed by selecting "LANGUAGE" in the "SETTINGS" menu.

2. Set the Power Consumption

The oven is programmed to consume a level of electrical power compatible with a domestic network rated at more than 3 kW (16A). If your household uses lower power, you will need to decrease this value. Press navigation buttons (PLUS/MINUS) to select 16 "High" or 13 "Low", and press CONFIRM to confirm.

3. Set the Time

After selecting the power, set the current time. The two digits for the hour will flash on the display. Press navigation buttons (PLUS/MINUS) to set the current hour and press CONFIRM. The two digits for the minutes will flash. Press navigation buttons (PLUS/MINUS) to set the minutes and press CONFIRM. You may need to set the time again following lengthy power outages. Select "CLOCK" in the "SETTINGS" menu.

4. Heat the Oven

A new oven may release odors left behind during manufacturing; this is normal. Before starting to cook food, it is recommended to heat the oven empty for around one hour to remove any possible odors. Remove any protective cardboard or film and all accessories from inside the oven. Heat the oven to 200°C, ideally using a function with air circulation (e.g., "Forced Air" or "Convection Bake"). It is advisable to air the room after using the appliance for the first time.

Daily Use

1. Select a Function

Press ON/OFF to switch on the oven. The display will show the last running main function or the main menu. Functions can be selected by pressing the icon for one of the main functions or by scrolling through a menu. To select an item from a menu, press navigation buttons (PLUS/MINUS) to select the desired one, then press CONFIRM.

2. Set the Function

After selecting a function, you can change its settings. The display shows changeable settings in sequence. Pressing BACK allows you to change previous settings. Settings include:

3. Start the Function

At any time, if the default values are suitable or after applying your settings, press START to activate the function. During the delay phase, press START to skip this phase and begin immediately. Press ON/OFF at any time to stop the activated function. If the oven is hot and the function requires a specific maximum temperature, a message will appear on the display. Press BACK to return to the previous screen and select a different function or wait for complete cooling.

4. Preheating

Some functions have an oven preheating phase. Once the function starts, the display indicates preheating is activated. An audible signal will sound, and the display will indicate that the oven has reached the set temperature, prompting to "ADD FOOD". Open the door, place the food inside, close the door, and start cooking by pressing START. Placing food in the oven before preheating finishes may adversely affect the final cooking result. Opening the door during preheating pauses it. The cooking time does not include the preheating phase. You can always change the target temperature using the navigation buttons.

5. Pause Cooking / Turn or Check Food

By opening the door, cooking will be temporarily paused. Close the door to resume. Some 6th Sense functions will require the food to be turned during cooking. An audible signal will sound, and the display will show the action required. Open the door, perform the action, close the door, then press START to continue cooking. Similarly, at 10% of the cooking time remaining, the oven prompts you to check the food. Perform the check, close the door, and press START to continue. Press ON/OFF to skip these actions. If no action is taken after a certain time, the oven will continue cooking.

6. End of Cooking

An audible signal will sound, and the display will indicate that cooking is complete. Press START to continue cooking in manual mode (untimed), or press to extend the cooking time by setting a new duration. In both cases, the cooking parameters will be retained.

Automatic Cleaning - PYRO

Do not touch the oven during the Pyro cycle. Keep children and animals away from the oven during and after the cycle (until the room has finished airing). Remove all accessories, including shelf guides, from the oven before activating the function. If the oven is installed below a hob, ensure all burners or electric hotplates are switched off while running the self-cleaning cycle. For optimum cleaning results, remove excessive residues inside the cavity and clean the inner door glass before using the Pyro function. This function is recommended only if the appliance contains heavy soiling or gives off bad odors during cooking.

Press OPTIONS/FUNCTIONS DIRECT ACCESS to show "Pyro" on the display. Press navigation buttons (PLUS/MINUS) to select the desired cycle (Pyro or Pyro Eco), then press CONFIRM. Once a cycle is selected, if desired, press navigation buttons to set the end time (start delay), then press CONFIRM. Clean the door and remove all accessories as prompted, then close the door and press START when done. The oven will begin the self-cleaning cycle, and the door locks automatically. A warning message appears on the display, along with a countdown indicating the cycle's status. Once the cycle is completed, the door remains locked until the temperature inside the oven returns to a safe level.

Minuteminder

When the oven is switched off, the display can be used as a timer. To activate this function, ensure the oven is switched off and press navigation buttons (PLUS/MINUS). The MINUTEMINDER icon will flash on the display. Press navigation buttons (PLUS/MINUS) to set the required length of time, and then press CONFIRM to activate the timer. An audible signal will sound, and the display will indicate when the minuteminder has finished counting down. The minuteminder does not activate any cooking cycles. You can press navigation buttons to change the time set on the timer. A cooking function can also be selected and activated while the minuteminder is running; it will continue to count down independently without interfering with the function. During this phase, it is not possible to see the minuteminder directly (only the icon will be displayed), but it continues counting down in the background. To retrieve the minuteminder screen, press ON/OFF to stop the currently active function.

Keylock

To lock the keypad, press and hold the ON/OFF button for at least five seconds. Repeat the process to unlock the keypad. This function can also be activated during cooking. For safety reasons, the oven can be switched off at any time by pressing ON/OFF.

Using the Meat Probe (If Present)

Using the probe enables you to measure the core temperature of the meat during cooking to ensure it reaches the optimum temperature. The oven's temperature varies according to the selected function, but cooking is always programmed to finish once the specified probe temperature has been reached. Once you have inserted the probe, an audible signal is activated, and "Probe Plugged" appears on the display. Select a compatible function (Conventional, Forced Air, Convection Bake, Turbogrill, Eco Forced Air, Maxi Cooking, 6th Sense functions). The display prompts you to set the target temperature of the probe. Press navigation buttons (PLUS/MINUS) to set it, then press CONFIRM to set the following cooking parameters. As cooking is programmed to finish once the required temperature has been reached, it is not possible to set the cooking time or a specific end time. The light will remain switched on until the probe is removed. If the probe is removed during cooking, it will continue in traditional mode (untimed). An audible signal will sound, and the display will indicate when the probe has reached the required temperature.

To change settings subsequently, press navigation buttons (PLUS/MINUS) for the probe temperature or press BACK for other settings. An audible signal and a message will tell you if probe use is not compatible with the action done. If this is the case, remove the probe.

Cooking Table

The table provides recommended functions, accessories, and levels for various foods. Cooking times start from when food is placed in the oven, excluding preheating.

How to Read the Cooking Table

The table lists the best function, accessories, and level to use to cook different types of food. Cooking times start from the moment food is placed in the oven, excluding preheating (where required). Cooking temperatures and times are approximate and depend on the amount of food and the type of accessory used. Use the lowest recommended settings to begin with and, if the food is not cooked enough, then switch to higher settings. Use the accessories supplied and preferably dark-coloured metal cake tins and baking trays. You can also use Pyrex or stoneware pans and accessories, but bear in mind that cooking times will be slightly longer.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Make sure that the oven has cooled down before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning. Do not use steam cleaners. Do not use wire wool, abrasive scourers, or abrasive/corrosive cleaning agents, as these could damage the surfaces of the appliance. Wear protective gloves. The oven must be disconnected from the mains before carrying out any kind of maintenance work.

Exterior Surfaces

Interior Surfaces

Accessories

Soak the accessories in a washing-up liquid solution after use, handling them with oven gloves if they are still hot. Food residues can be removed using a washing-up brush or a sponge.

Removing and Refitting the Door

  1. To remove the door, open it fully and lower the catches until they are in the unlock position.
  2. Close the door as much as you can. Take a firm hold of the door with both hands (do not hold it by the handle). Simply remove the door by continuing to close it while pulling it upwards at the same time until it is released from its seating. Put the door to one side, resting it on a soft surface.
  3. Refit the door by moving it towards the oven, aligning the hooks of the hinges with their seating and securing the upper part onto its seating.
  4. Lower the door and then open it fully. Lower the catches into their original position: Make sure that you lower them down completely. Apply gentle pressure to check that the catches are in the correct position.
  5. Try closing the door and check to make sure that it lines up with the control panel. If it does not, repeat the steps above. The door could become damaged if it does not work properly.

Replacing the Lamp

  1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply.
  2. Unscrew the cover from the light, replace the bulb, and screw the cover back on the light.
  3. Reconnect the oven to the power supply.

Only use 20-40W/230V type G9, T300°C halogen bulbs. The bulb used in the product is specifically designed for domestic appliances and is not suitable for general room lighting (EC Regulation 244/2009). Light bulbs are available from our After-sales Service. If using halogen bulbs, do not handle them with your bare hands as your fingerprints could cause damage. Do not use the oven until the light cover has been refitted.
