NAPCO iSecure Kit Getting Started

Thank you for purchasing a NAPCO iSecure kit. The components in the kit have been preconfigured as a complete system to allow a quick and easy installation. The included keypad, motion sensor, and door/window sensors have been preconfigured in the cloud and are ready to be downloaded into your Go-Anywhere Hub, with no programming required.

Initial Setup: Activating Your iSecure Account

First, activate your new iSecure account on NAPCO ComNet. If you do not have a ComNet account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.NapcoComNet.com
  2. Enter your iSecure ID # and select your service plan.
  3. Go to www.iSecureByNapco.com to configure central station communications.
  4. Click "Dealer Login" and enter your Dealer User ID, Password, and Radio Serial Number.
  5. Click "Central Station Reporting".

Central Station Reporting Configuration

In the Central Station Reporting section, you will need to enter the following details:

The system provides fields for primary and backup reporting, along with options for IP address, port, key, and account details. It also includes settings for Poll Fail Timeout, Polling Rate, and CS Test Timer.

Adding Additional Devices

After downloading the kit configuration into your Go-Anywhere Hub, you can add and configure additional devices. For details, refer to the following pages in WI2240LF:

NAPCO LIMITED WARRANTY

NAPCO SECURITY TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (NAPCO) warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for thirty-six months following the date of manufacture. NAPCO will, at its option, repair or replace any product failing to operate correctly without charge to the original purchaser or user within this period.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to equipment that has been:

Warranty Limitations

There are no warranties, express or implied, beyond those described. There is no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of NAPCO.

Any action for breach of warranty must be brought within six months following the end of the warranty period. NAPCO is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of this or any other warranty, even if caused by the seller's negligence.

Exercising the Warranty

In case of defect, contact the security professional who installed and maintains your system. The product must be returned by the security professional, shipping costs prepaid and insured to NAPCO. After repair or replacement, NAPCO covers the cost of returning products under warranty.

NAPCO is not obligated under this warranty if the product has been improperly installed, used, altered, damaged, or if serial numbers have been removed or defaced. NAPCO is not responsible for dismantling, reassembly, or reinstallation charges.

Entire Warranty

This warranty is the entire agreement and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements. NAPCO does not authorize any other person to modify or assume other warranty or liability for its products.

Limitation of Liability

NAPCO's liability shall not exceed the original selling price of the product for any loss or damage. Seller's warranty is not enlarged by technical advice or service rendered in connection with the buyer's order.

System Testing Recommendation

NAPCO recommends that the entire system be completely tested weekly. ⚠️

Important Warning

Despite frequent testing, system failure can occur due to factors like criminal tampering or communication disruptions. NAPCO does not guarantee that the system cannot be compromised or circumvented, or that it will prevent personal injury or property loss. A properly installed and maintained alarm may reduce risk but is not insurance against these events. Consequently, the seller shall have no liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss based on a claim the product failed to give warning. Installers should advise consumers to take all necessary safety precautions, including fleeing the premises and calling emergency services, to mitigate harm.

NAPCO is not an insurer and limits its liability for any loss or damage to the product's original selling price.

Some states have different rules regarding implied warranties and incidental/consequential damages. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.

Radio and Television Interference

CAUTION: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with Part 15 of the FCC rules, designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. If interference occurs, try to correct it by:
