Installation of Cams and Pins
Read each step carefully before starting. Each step of instruction should be performed in the correct order. If these steps are not followed in sequence, assembly difficulties may occur.
Step 1: Insert Cam Pin (B) into the designated hole.

Step 2: Align the Cam Lock (A) with the Cam Pin (B).

Step 3: Turn the Cam Lock (A) with a screwdriver to secure the connection. Ensure there is "No gap".

Step 4: The cam lock is now tightened.

Screw the pin into the hole. Set the cams correctly by aligning the head of the cams with the lock pins. Lock the cam by turning the cam head with a screwdriver until it is tightened. Please do not use an electric screwdriver to assemble the unit.
Example Assembly Sequence:
Step 1: Insert Cam Pin (B) into panel.

Step 1: Assemble Base Frame
Connect parts 5, 6, 7, 12, and 13 using Wooden Dowels (C). Pay attention to the hole positions.

Step 2: Assemble Main Frame Supports
Connect parts 8 (Base Back Rail) and 9 (Support Rails) using Wooden Dowels (C). Pay attention to the hole positions.

Step 3: Attach Side Panels to Base
Attach Side Panels (3) to the assembled base structure from Step 1 and Step 2. Use Cam Pins (B) and Wooden Dowels (C).

Step 4: Assemble Main Cabinet Body
Assemble the main cabinet body using Side Panels (3), Back Panel (4), and Shelf (5). Use Cam Locks (A) and Cam Pins (B).

Step 5: Attach Base Rails
Attach the Base Side Rails (12) and Base Front/Back Rails (13) to the base structure. Use Cam Locks (A), Cam Pins (B), and Cam Lock Screws (F).

Step 6: Attach Bottom Panel
Attach the Bottom Panel (2) to the assembled base structure. Use Cam Locks (A) and Cam Pins (B).

Step 8: Assemble Cabinet Body (Continued)
Assemble the cabinet body using Side Panels (4), Shelf (5), and the structure from previous steps. Use Cam Locks (A) and Cam Pins (B).

Step 9: Prepare Top Panel for Attachment

Step 11: Attach Doors
Attach the Door Frames (10) and Door Panels (11) to the cabinet. Use Screws (E).
