Eligibility

To enter the contest, participants must meet the following criteria:

• Be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India.
• Have a billing address within the territory of India.
• Possess a valid Pan Card.
• Hold a valid OnePlus Account.

Details of the Contest

• "How well do you know your buds" is a limited-period quiz contest.
• Users meeting the eligibility criteria can participate.
• Participants who answer all questions correctly will have a chance to win prizes.
• Winners will be selected based on the conditions outlined in the "Odds of Winning" section.
• The first winner drawn from eligible participants who answered all questions correctly will receive a free OnePlus Buds Pro voucher.
• The second and third winners drawn will receive a free OnePlus Buds voucher.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on correctly answering all questions. A total of 3 winners will be selected from the user base that participated and answered correctly. Eligible entries must satisfy the outlined criteria and website conditions.

Prize Drawing

Upon winning, a free voucher will be automatically sent to the user's OnePlus Account and will be visible in the 'My Rewards' section. Each voucher is single-use. Selected participants will forfeit their prize if they do not meet eligibility criteria or comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Additional Terms

Every prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied. No cash or alternative prizes are available. OnePlus may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control necessitate it. If a selected participant rejects the prize or their entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited, and OnePlus may select another participant.

OnePlus reserves the right to change, cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances like viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond its control that corrupt the contest's administration, security, fairness, or proper play. OnePlus is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries, inaccurate information, printing errors, technical errors, network failures, or damage resulting from downloading contest materials. OnePlus may disqualify individuals found tampering with the entry process, violating T&Cs, or acting in an unsportsmanlike manner. Incomplete entries or entries submitted via automated methods will be void.

Miscellaneous

The contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. All decisions by OnePlus regarding the contest are final and binding. Failure by OnePlus to enforce any T&Cs does not constitute a waiver. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws, and courts in Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Force Majeure

This contest is subject to force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, war, acts of terror, political unrests, technical issues, or acts of God beyond OnePlus's reasonable control. OnePlus will not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused by such events.

Publicity Release

By accepting the contest, participants grant OnePlus and its affiliates permission to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media related to the contest or future promotions. Participants agree that OnePlus has complete ownership and copyright of any submitted content and may use it for any purpose, including illustrations, advertisements, and promotional materials, without compensation.

Liability Release

OnePlus is not responsible for any damage, loss, liability, injury, or disappointment incurred by participants. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude OnePlus's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation due to its negligence. Participants are advised to read the terms carefully, as ignorance of clauses does not absolve liability. OnePlus, its officers, directors, and employees will not be liable for special, indirect, consequential losses, including loss of use, time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunities.
