Overview
TSI Link™ for Respiratory Protection is a centralized, web-accessible application designed to work with FitPro™ Ultra. It keeps all respiratory protection data synchronized and in one location, with the capability to integrate with HR systems. The application features a Program Management Portal for managing fit testing, scheduling, respirator training, and medical clearance, ultimately saving time and improving coordination.
Getting Started
1. Log in and Get Started
To activate your account:
- Visit the TSI Website to request a subscription. A TSI representative will contact you.
- After your order is placed, you will receive a welcome email to register for a TSI online account.
- If you do not have a TSI account, register at TSI.com/register.
- Log in to TSI Link™ for Respiratory Protection at https://resfit.tsilink.com/ using your TSI account credentials.
- The first user will need to enter the provided Activation Code.
2. Configure Your Settings
Access the Settings tab to configure the Program Management Module. Key settings include toggling tracking and expiration tracking for Respirator Training and Medical Clearance on the ACCOUNT tab.
Data Management
3. Select Your Dataset
Choose a dataset to organize data by location or department. Options include 'Default' for daily activities and 'Sandbox' for testing workflows without affecting live data.
4. Import Your Data
Upload data using CSV templates in the following order: Custom Fields, People, Fit Test & Medical Clearance, and Respirators, PortaCounts, and Daily Checks. For frequently updated data, consider API integration via the TSI API Developer's Portal.
5. Customize Your Automated Emails
Manage email templates in the Settings section, enabling, disabling, and personalizing messages for various notifications.
6. Manage People
Customize your view by hiding or showing columns. You can also view past employee records and add supervisors manually. Export data to Excel for further analysis.
Program Management
7. Configure Program Status
Customize your view with filters and columns to get a high-level overview of compliance across different categories.
8. Scheduler: Set Up and Start Booking
The Scheduler allows you to manage appointments for Fit Testing, Medical Clearance, and Respirator Training. You can view appointments in calendar or agenda format and filter by event type. Appointments can be scheduled by users via automated emails or directly by an administrator.
Subscribe to Your Calendar
Sync your Scheduler with your personal calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.) by clicking 'Subscribe' and selecting your preferences.
Manage Appointment Slots
Use the Manage Slots tab to create and control appointment availability by selecting category, date, time, duration, admin, and location.

9. Ensure Connection with FitPro™ Ultra
Connect FitPro™ Ultra to TSI Link™ for real-time cloud data. Follow the on-screen prompts within FitPro™ Ultra to grant access and set your TSI Link™ dataset as active.
