Important Safety Instructions

• Read and follow all instructions.
• To reduce the risk of injury, do not permit children to use this product.
• Assembly and disassembly of this product should only be performed by adult.
• Do not remove or obstruct the float opening while the filter pump/sand filter is operating.
• Keep hands and hair away from the Skimmer while the filter pump/sand filter is operating.
• Do not use the filter pump/sand filter while the pool is occupied.
• Ensure the filter pump/sand filter is unplugged before performing any maintenance or there will be a severe risk of injury or death.

Notes

• Remove the product from the pool before placing a cover over the pool.
• Examine and verify all components are present before use. Notify Bestway at the customer service address listed on this manual for any damaged or missing parts at the time of purchase.

Specifications

Filter Pump/Sand Filter Compatibility: 2,006 L/h (530 gal./h) flow rate and above

Pool Compatibility: For use with all above ground pools except steel wall pools

Assembly Instructions

1. Step 1: Assemble the Hook

   Assemble the hook by inserting the adjustable pole (P6525) through the adjustable fastener on the hook (P6527 or P6526). Attach the assembled hook to the skimmer body and tighten it with the provided screw (P6521).

2. Step 2: For FAST SET™ and OVAL FAST SET™ Pools

   Place the assembled hook onto the pool's inflatable ring near the outlet valve, and attach the arm (P6528). Adjust the hook opening by pressing and sliding the arm simultaneously.

3. Step 3: For STEEL PRO™ FRAME and RECTANGULAR FRAME POOLS

   Place the assembled frame hook onto the pool's top rail near the outlet valve. Adjust the hook if necessary and tighten the nut on the frame hook (P6526).

4. Pool Connection Notes

   • Use the provided Hose Adapter for your pool.
   • If your pool has two outlet valves, block one of them.

Operation

1. The float should float 5 cm to 10.1 cm (2 in. to 4 in.) away from the skimmer body. To adjust float height, loosen screw (P6521), slide skimmer body (P6818) up or down, and tighten screw.
2. Plug in the filter pump/sand filter to activate the skimmer.

Important: The skimmer must be perpendicular to the water surface at all times.

Storage

1. Disassemble the product.
2. Clean and dry all the parts thoroughly.
3. Store in a warm dry place.
