Control Panel Details
Pilot Light: Red indicates standby; blue indicates operation. A sound confirms power-on. Indicators reset to 0 when powered on. The light turns blue when the ON/OFF button is pressed after setting parameters and remains blue until the process finishes.
ON/OFF Button: Initiates operation after speed, time, and temperature are set. Pressing it during cooking interrupts the process and resets all indicators.
TURBO Button: Activates maximum motor speed for brief periods, useful for manual grinding or chopping. This function only works when blades are stopped. To use, press and hold the button; it deactivates when released. Do not use the TURBO function with liquids, as it may cause spills or burns. Do not use the mixing utensil or basket with this function.
TIMER Button: Used to program cooking time up to 60 minutes. The first minute counts in 1-second intervals, then in 30-second intervals (up or down) based on button presses. Pressing the timer's (-) button once displays the first-minute interval.
TEMP Control: Regulates cooking temperature between 37°C and 130°C, with 10 selectable temperature options at 10°C intervals. A sound and thermometer icon appear on the screen when the set temperature is reached. Exercise caution to avoid burns when touching the bowl at specific temperatures. Be careful when removing the measuring cup as steam is released from the lid hole. Do not put hands or face near the lid hole during steam release. Using the turbo function above 60°C is not recommended.
SPEED Control: Offers 10 speeds for grating, cutting, grinding, chopping, mixing, pureeing, and kneading. Speed 3 is recommended for egg whites and cream. Speeds 3, 4, and 5 are ideal for kneading. The appliance can operate at any speed with or without cooking temperature.
LCD Screen and Symbols
The LCD screen displays various function symbols and messages:
- Image 1 (Error Symbol): Indicates the bowl or lid is not assembled correctly, or blades are not properly installed. The appliance will not start. This symbol disappears once assembly is correct, allowing function symbols to appear.
- Image 2 (Operation Screen): Shows the appliance is ready to operate, displaying set temperature, speed, and time.
- Temperature Reached Symbol: Accompanied by a sound, this indicates the pre-set temperature has been reached. It is informative and requires no user action.
- Error Message (e.g., E3): Appears when an electronic error occurs or the motor overheats. Unplug the appliance for at least 15 minutes, then plug it back in.
Selecting Time: Use the clock symbol and TIME indicator. Time is shown in minutes and seconds, programmable up to 60 minutes.
Selecting Speed: Indicated by a blade symbol and SPEED. Ten speeds are available. A mixing utensil symbol appears for speeds 1, 2, and 3, indicating its suitability for these speeds. Speeds 3, 4, and 5 are for kneading; speed 3 is for egg whites and cream.
Selecting Temp: Indicated by a thermometer symbol and TEMP. Temperatures range from 37°C to 130°C, adjustable in 10°C increments.

Base of the Steamer: Replaces the lid when steaming. It collects separated liquids during cooking. Do not place cooking ingredients in the base; its sole purpose is to collect condensation. Never insert hands into the steamer base hole during operation due to the risk of blade injury.
Steamer: Consists of 4 parts:
- Deep Tray: Fits over the steamer base for placing food to be steamed.
- Flat Tray: A shallower tray for steaming different foods, allowing two levels of cooking simultaneously.
- Lid: Seals the steamer, trapping steam for improved cooking temperature and airflow.
The steamer assembly fits onto the bowl with the same closure mechanism as the lid. Do not use steamer parts in microwaves or ovens. Use caution when handling hot steamer parts.
Basket: Has multiple uses:
- As a strainer.
- To protect food from blades during cooking (e.g., short pasta).
- For preparing recipes with a lot of sauce.
- For steaming.
- Use the spatula to safely remove the hot basket from the bowl.
Mixing Utensil: Ideal for kneading and mixing egg whites/cream at speeds 1, 2, or 3. Only speed 3 for kneading. It fits onto the upper part of the blades. Do not use with the turbo function.
Spatula: Used for mixing and removing leftover food from the bowl. Its design allows safe removal of the basket. Do not use other utensils that could scratch the bowl or damage blades. Do not leave the spatula in the bowl during operation.
Blades: Made of stainless steel and are removable. Placement and removal will be explained in another section.
How the Food Processor Works
1. Placing the Blades:
- Removal: Move the tab on the lower part of the bowl counterclockwise to unlock and remove the blades.
- Installation: Reverse the removal process, placing blades correctly and turning the tab clockwise until set.
⚠️ Use extreme caution when installing or removing blades as they are razor sharp. Ensure blades are not hot before removal to avoid burns.
2. Placing the Bowl:
- Ensure blades are correctly positioned and locked. If not, the bowl symbol with an exclamation mark will appear on the screen.
- Place the bowl on the central unit and press lightly until it fits correctly. If the bowl is not seated properly, the lid will not lock, and the lid-not-properly-on symbol will appear.
3. Placing the Lid:
- Ensure the lid's ring is correctly set on the lower part of the lid to prevent spills.
- Align the open lock picture on the lid with the triangle on the central unit. Turn the lid clockwise until the closed lock picture aligns with the central unit's triangle.
- The lid's lip must be inserted under the central unit's flap and into the slot until a "click" is heard. The processor only functions when the lid is correctly in place.
- The lid has a hole for adding ingredients and for the measuring cup.
Starting to Use the Food Processor
Place the appliance on a clean, flat surface away from heat and moisture. Do not place it on a heat source. Ensure all accessories are clean. Do not operate the appliance with an empty bowl.
- Connect the power cord to the appliance and a power source.
- Turn the ON/OFF switch on the back to the ON position.
- Place the bowl on the central unit.
- Add ingredients to the bowl as per the recipe.
- Place the lid or steamer base with accessories on the bowl as required.
- Program speed, time, and temperature according to recipe instructions.
- Press the ON/OFF button to start.
- When the desired temperature is reached, a symbol and sound will indicate this.
- When the timer finishes, a sound signals the end of the process. The lid and bowl can then be removed.

Maintenance
- If the appliance is not used for an extended period, disconnect it from the power source.
- To prevent motor overheating, do not cover air vents or refrigeration of the central unit.
- Do not exceed the 2-liter bowl capacity.
- Wash and dry blades carefully by hand, being cautious of their sharpness. Do not drip dry, as water spots can stain or damage stainless steel.
Cleaning
Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Do not use solvents or acidic products (like bleach) or abrasive products. Prevent water or liquid from entering the ventilation to avoid damaging internal parts. Do not submerge the appliance or place it under a tap. All accessories, except the blades and mixing bowl, can be washed in a dishwasher. Do not submerge blades in water or put them in the dishwasher, as water ingress can damage the internal mechanism.

First Couple of Times Use
- Bowl appears used: Appliances are tested before market release using water. Residual markings are harmless. Clean with a non-abrasive sponge/cloth.
- Difficulty closing lid: The silicone lid may be stiff initially. It will adapt and close easily after a few uses.
- Motor smells strange: Initial motor run-in may produce a smell, which will reduce or disappear after a few uses.
- Smoke from motor: This can be due to motor overheating. Ensure no excess food weight/volume/quantity. Remove excess food and let the motor cool for 15 minutes.
Key Points to Always Keep in Mind
- Cooking dough and solid foods: The motor may struggle or stop with dense dough. Do not put dough weighing more than 350g in the bowl. Cut food into pieces for easier processing.
- Fill limit of the bowl: Do not exceed the 2-liter limit to prevent spills and burns. Control the maximum fill level.
- Working with heat at speeds 4-10: The food processor cannot function with heat at speeds 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Heat and speed are only compatible at speeds 1, 2, and 3.
