Dell P2422H Monitor Setup Guide

Unboxing and Components

The package contains the Dell P2422H monitor, stand components, cables, and documentation.

Step 1: Attaching the Stand

Carefully unpack the monitor and its accessories. Place the monitor panel on a soft surface to prevent scratches. Assemble the stand components as shown.

Step 2: Mounting the Monitor

Attach the monitor to the stand. Ensure the stand is securely connected to the monitor panel.

Step 3: Connecting Cables

Connect the power cable and the video cable (e.g., HDMI or DisplayPort) to the monitor and your computer. Connect any USB cables as needed.

Step 4: Securing the Monitor

Ensure the monitor is placed on a stable surface and is securely attached to the stand.

Step 5: Connecting to Computer

Connect the monitor to your computer using the appropriate video cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA). Connect USB cables for peripheral functionality.

Step 6: Powering On

Connect the power cord and press the power button on the monitor. The power indicator light will illuminate.

Adjust the monitor's tilt, swivel, and height for optimal viewing comfort. The monitor can be rotated 90 degrees for portrait mode.
