Safety Precautions
Please keep the workplace clean and bright:
- Do not expose the grinder to high temperature, flammable, explosive, corrosive liquids and gases.
- Protect the grinder from external forces or sharp objects, pay attention to prevent falling damage.
- Do not touch the grinding wheel of the grinder at work, and do not let the cable into the grinding wheel.

- This grinder is only used for roughing concrete surfaces. Do not use it for grinding other materials.

- Keep the grinding wheels in the grinder rotating smoothly without blocking.
- Store idle grinders out of the reach of children and do not let people who are unfamiliar with the grinder or who do not understand the instructions to operate the grinder.
- Send your grinder to a professional maintenance personnel who must use the same spare parts for replacement.
- The handle must be kept clean, dry, and oil-free.

Operating Instructions
Section I: Connecting the Vacuum Cleaner
As shown in Figure I, connect the dust collector tube to the external dust collector tube through the switching mode to complete the dust collector tube connection.
Section II: Starting and Operating the Grinder
Hold the handle with both hands and press slightly horizontally to the ground. Press the button and start the on/off switch. When the machine is stable, rough operation can be carried out. By turning the speed control knob with the left finger, the machine's speed can be adjusted. During the working process, ensure the machine is always held level.

Section III: Corner Work
As shown in Figure III, break off the dust cover plate in the direction of the arrow so that it is separated from the dust cover. The edge of the diamond grinding wheel will then exceed the edge of the dust cover. Repeat the operation in step 2 until the machine has stabilized, then work at the edge.
Section IV: Completing the Job
As shown in Figure IV, after the job is done, rest the grinder for 30 seconds, wait for dust absorption in the dust cover, then press the start and stop button to end the job.
Section V: Disassembly and Installation of the Disc
As shown in Figure V, first remove the grinding wheel using the Y-wrench inserted into the stone grinding wheel outer ring hole system. Use the hexagon socket wrench to fix the lock screw. Turn the two wrenches in opposite directions to unscrew the lock screw. Remove the grinding wheel that needs to be replaced. When installing the grinding wheel, repeat the above operation, turning the wrenches in the opposite direction as when disassembling. This completes the grinding wheel replacement.
