CineEye 2S Diagram
The CineEye 2S unit features several ports and controls:
- 1/4 Screw: Standard mounting point.
- Power Button: For turning the device on and off.
- Camera Control Interface: For camera control functions.
- DC Port: For DC power input (7.4-16.8V).
- 1.3 Inch OLED: Displays device status and information.
- Menu/OK Key: Navigates menus and confirms selections.
- Right Key: Navigates menus to the right.
- Left Key: Navigates menus to the left.
- Battery Lock: Secures the battery.
- Antenna: For wireless transmission.
- SDI In: SDI video input port.
- HDMI In: HDMI video input port.
Typical Application
The CineEye 2S is used to wirelessly transmit video signals from a camera to multiple mobile devices. A camera connects via SDI or HDMI to the CineEye 2S transmitter. The transmitter then broadcasts the signal over 5GHz WiFi to compatible mobile devices, allowing for remote monitoring.
Operating Instructions
01 Install Instructions
- Unfold the antennas.
- Use the hot/cold shoe mount adapter to install the CineEye 2S onto the camera or camera cage.
- Power the CineEye 2S using a NP-F970/F750/F550 battery or a DC source (7.4-16.8V).
- Connect the camera's video output (SDI or HDMI) to the CineEye 2S's input port.
02 Turn On/Off
To turn on: Hold the power button for 1 second.
To turn off: Hold the power button for 2 seconds.
03 OLED Display
The OLED display shows the following information:
- Input video info: Details about the incoming video signal.
- Input audio info: Details about the incoming audio signal.
- Battery level/DC input: Current power status.
- Connection status: Indicates the number of connected devices. If no devices are connected, it displays "0".
- Current 5G WiFi channel: The WiFi channel being used for transmission.
04 Data Rate Setting
Users can select the data rate mode for transmission:
- High Quality Mode
- Normal Mode (Default setting)
- Speed Mode
Setting steps: Click the “Menu” button to enter “Data Rate Setting”, choose a data rate mode, then click “Menu” to apply the setting.
05 Channel Setting
The default setting is “Auto”, which automatically selects the least interfered channel upon power-on.
To manually select a channel:
- Click “Menu” to enter “Channel Setting”.
- Choose a channel.
- Click “Menu” to confirm.
- Select “Yes” and click “Menu” to reboot the transmitter with the new setting.
06 Network Reset
Users can reset the WiFi SSID and password to factory settings via the “Network Reset” menu.
Operation steps: Click “Menu” to enter “Network Reset”, choose “Yes”, click “Menu” to confirm, choose “Yes” again, and click “Menu” to reboot. The 5G WiFi SSID and password will be reset to factory settings.
07 App Monitoring
1. App download: Download the “Accsoon Go” app from the Google Play or iOS App Store.
2. Connect the App to the CineEye 2S: Launch the “Accsoon Go” app, select “CineEye 2S”. On your mobile device, open WLAN/WiFi settings and connect to the CineEye 2S WiFi. The WiFi name is “CineEye2_XXXX” and the default password is “12345678”.
3. Monitoring: Return to the Accsoon Go app, ensure CineEye 2S is selected, and click “Monitor” to view the live camera feed.
08 Firmware Update
1. Check for updates: Ensure your mobile phone has internet access. Launch “Accsoon Go”, select “CineEye 2S”, and click “Firmware Update”. The app will automatically check for and download the latest firmware if available.
2. Update: After firmware download, connect your mobile device to the CineEye 2S. Go back to the App and click “Firmware Update” to begin the update process.
Important:
- The battery level of the CineEye 2S should be above 50% before updating.
- Do not turn off the CineEye 2S before the updates are complete.

Warranty
01 Warranty Period
- If there is any quality problem within 15 days of receiving the product, complimentary maintenance or replacement will be provided.
- The warranty period for transmitter and receiver units is one year. During this period, Accsoon will offer free repair service for product issues encountered while using the instruction manual.
- The warranty period for accessories and cables is 3 months.
02 Warranty Exclusions
- Unauthorized maintenance, misuse, impact damage, liquid infiltration, or modification.
- Incorrect use of the product or altering the label and warranty sticker.
- Exceeding the warranty period.
- Damage due to fire, flood disaster, lighting, etc.
03 Warranty Process
Customers should contact their local dealer to resolve issues. If no local dealer is available, contact Accsoon directly via email (support@accsoon.com) or visit the website (www.accsoon.com). Accsoon reserves the right to review damaged products.
Q&A
01 No video displayed
- Ensure the video cable is plugged into the "SDI IN" or "HDMI IN" port of the CineEye 2S.
- Check if the camera's output format is compatible with the CineEye 2S input formats and if the camera has video output enabled via the SDI or HDMI port.
02 Video is choppy
- Ensure the antennas are unfolded.
- Make sure there are no cables around the antennas.
- Switch to another channel manually.
03 Mobile devices can't see the CineEye 2s WiFi
Please check if your mobile devices support 5G WiFi.
