Assembly Drawing

Instructions

  1. Connect the product according to the assembly drawing.
  2. When powered on, the device enters pairing mode with an audible prompt.
  3. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, search for "Remo Audio 4", and pair the device. A prompt tone confirms successful pairing.
  4. Open music tracks on your phone. Music controls such as pause/play, volume up/down, previous track, and next track can be managed from your phone.
  5. Disconnect the Bluetooth connection from your phone; a prompt tone will sound.

Remark: Bluetooth has a reconnection function.

Common Troubleshooting

Fault Possible Causes and Solutions
Unable to power on 1. No power connection.
2. Wire is disconnected or plug is not fully inserted.
3. The connected socket is faulty.
No sound 1. The extension cable of the speaker is disconnected. Please check all connections or reconnect them.
Bluetooth cannot connect 1. Device is already connected to other Bluetooth devices. Power off and then power on again to search for Bluetooth pairing.
2. Device is beyond the effective range (please do not connect beyond 8 meters). Avoid connecting through obstacles.
Music is played by another device 1. As Bluetooth has a back-connection function, check if the phone is paired with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Cancel the pairing of one device and click the play button on the phone.
