03 Get to Know AtomStack R6

Components:

04 How to Use

1. Select Method by Diameter

Select the appropriate method based on the diameter range of the engraving object.

• Gear 1: 6mm ≤ diameter (d) ≤ 18mm
• Gear 2: 18mm ≤ diameter (d) ≤ 80mm

2. Roller Adjustment

Move the roller to the appropriate position and tighten the screw.

Move the motor to tighten the timing belt, then securely tighten the screws at the bottom of the motor.

3. Rear Support

If the engraved object requires rear support, install the rear support and adjust its height to a suitable position.

• Rear support 1: Adjustable range 0-16mm
• Rear support 2: Adjustable range 0-10mm

4. Extended Mode

After loosening the thumb screw counterclockwise, the base can be extended and lengthened. Control the length as needed, then tighten the thumb screw.

05 Connection Method

A. USB Cable Connection

Compatible models: P1, L1, K60 (Hurricane), K2 (Kraft)

Insert one end of the USB cable into the "Accessory Interface" port on the engraver body, and the other end into the "USB port" on the roller.

B. 6-Pin Motor Cable Connection

Compatible models: ATOMSTACK R6

Connect the 6-pin motor cable to the "Motor Interface" on the engraver body and the "Motor Interface" on the roller.

06 Software Settings/Parameters

1. Software Setup

Download and install the corresponding software. Refer to the software's user manual for detailed instructions.

2. Rotary Setup

Configure the rotary settings within the software. Ensure "Enable Rotary" is checked if using the rotary function.

Note: When engraving objects with a diameter of 50mm, set the roller diameter to 50mm.
