Getting Started
Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place the left and right earbuds into the charging case, ensuring the charging contacts align.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB cable. The LED indicator on the case will light up.
- Allow sufficient time for both the earbuds and the case to charge completely.
Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
Follow these steps to connect your RZ-B100 earbuds to a smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Open the charging case with the earbuds inside.
- The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. The LED indicators on the earbuds may flash.
- On your Bluetooth device, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Select "RZ-B100" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the LED indicators will stop flashing, and you may hear an audio confirmation.
Wearing the Earbuds
For optimal sound quality and comfort, ensure the earbuds are worn correctly.
- Select the appropriate size eartips for a secure and comfortable fit.
- Insert the earbuds gently into your ear canals, rotating slightly until they feel snug and stable.
Operation
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Tap the touch sensor area on either earbud once. ▶️ / ⏸️
- Next Track: Double-tap the touch sensor area on the right earbud. ⏩
- Previous Track: Double-tap the touch sensor area on the left earbud. ⏪
- Volume Up: Press and hold the touch sensor area on the right earbud. ➕

Making and Receiving Calls
- Answer/End Call: Tap the touch sensor area on either earbud once. ?
- Reject Call: Press and hold the touch sensor area on either earbud for approximately 2 seconds. ?
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the touch sensor area on either earbud. ?️

Troubleshooting
- No Sound: Ensure earbuds are charged and properly paired. Check volume levels on both the earbuds and the connected device.
- Connection Issues: Turn off Bluetooth on your device and then turn it back on. Forget the "RZ-B100" device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pair. Ensure earbuds are within range of the device.
- Touch Controls Not Working: Ensure the touch sensor areas are clean and dry. Restart the earbuds by placing them in the charging case and closing the lid for a few seconds.
