Eligibility and Offer Period

All customers who purchase an eligible device between August 8, 2025, and August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM, by making a Full Swipe payment using AXIS/HDFC Bank Credit Cards or EMI using HDFC Bank Credit Cards, will be eligible for the instant discount.

No-cost EMI schemes for 3, 6, 9, and 12-month tenures are also available with leading banks/issuers at their sole discretion. These tenures may vary from bank to bank.

Discount Validity Conditions

The instant bank discount is applicable only if the product value meets the required range. If the value falls below the minimum or exceeds the maximum after applying all offers, it will not be valid.

Additional EMI and Transaction Terms

• For customers to receive a discount along with an EMI transaction, they must choose an EMI tenure above 6 months. The discount is provided by the issuer at their sole discretion.
• NBFC schemes and No-cost EMI schemes from Bajaj Finance and other leading banks/issuers, varying by financier and different models, are also available from leading NBFCs at their sole discretion.
• Any partial payments (towards EMI or Regular Transactions) are not eligible for the discount.
• All credit card EMI transactions must be under 'Brand EMI' and applicable as stated in the charge slip (for in-store purchases).
• Customers are advised to retain their charge slip for 180 days.

Offer Validity and Exclusions

The offer is valid for successful transactions during the purchase of eligible devices on the Samsung eStore at https://www.samsung.com/in/ (Web and Mobile application) only and is valid until August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM.

• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer unless specifically mentioned.
• Any cancelled/rejected or returned order(s) will not be eligible for the offer, and the refund amount of such an order will not be considered for the discount.

Note:

• Discount offers do not apply to corporate cards.
• The upgrade offer cannot be clubbed with the bank discount offer.
• The offer is not applicable on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit cards.
• Discount/EMI schemes are provided by respective issuers at their sole discretion.
• This discount can be availed on one card only, once in a month, irrespective of the product purchased.
• Any processing fee/bank charges levied by the issuer bank are subject to the issuer bank's Terms & Conditions. For any escalations, the customer must reach out to the issuer bank.

Cancellation and Rejection Policy

If a product purchased with a Bank Discount Offer as mentioned above is cancelled/rejected, then the customer will not be eligible for the offer with the same card within 24 hours (as per the Bank's discretion) of the earlier purchase.
