LAGAN Dishwasher Loading Guide
Understanding Basket Loading
The LAGAN dishwasher is designed for efficient loading of dishes. This guide illustrates various ways to arrange items in the dishwasher baskets for optimal cleaning results.
Lower Basket Configuration
The lower basket is typically used for larger items such as plates, bowls, and pots. The diagrams show examples of how these items can be placed to maximize space and ensure proper water circulation.
- Example 1: An empty lower basket, ready for loading.
- Example 2: A lower basket filled with plates, bowls, and pots, arranged for effective washing.
Upper Basket Configuration
The upper basket is suitable for smaller items like glasses, cups, and saucers. Items should be placed upside down to allow water to drain effectively.
- Example 3: An upper basket loaded with glasses and cups, positioned for optimal drying.
- Example 4: A mixed load in the upper basket, including cups and bowls.
Cutlery Basket Usage
The dedicated cutlery basket is designed for utensils like forks, knives, and spoons.
- Example 5: The cutlery basket itself is shown.
- Example 6: The cutlery basket loaded with utensils. For best cleaning and safety, cutlery should be placed with handles facing downwards (✔️). Avoid mixing items or placing them handle-up (❌), as this can hinder cleaning and pose a risk when unloading.
- A general caution symbol (⚠️) highlights the importance of correct placement.
