Getting Started
This guide provides essential information for setting up and using your EPOMAKER ALICE 66 mechanical keyboard.
Connectivity Options
The EPOMAKER ALICE 66 supports multiple connection modes:
Bluetooth Pairing
Toggle the switch to the BT side. Ensure the keyboard is in Bluetooth mode.
- Hold Fn + Q/W/E for 3-5 seconds until the indicator flashes rapidly. The keyboard is ready to pair.
- Turn on your Bluetooth device and search for "EPOMAKER Alice66 – 1/2/3", then connect. The indicator will stop flashing once connected.
- Press Fn + Q/W/E to toggle between Bluetooth devices 1/2/3.
Wireless 2.4GHz Pairing
Toggle the switch to the 2.4G side. Ensure the keyboard is in 2.4G mode.
- Hold Fn + R for 3-5 seconds until the indicator flashes rapidly. The keyboard is ready to pair.
- Insert the 2.4G dongle into your computer. The indicator will stop flashing when connected.
Wired Mode
Toggle the switch to the USB mode and plug the keyboard in using the USB cable.
Battery Check
Hold Fn + Right Shift. Keys 1 through 0 will light up to indicate the battery percentage. For example, if keys 1-6 light up, the battery is at 60%; if keys 1-0 light up, it's 100%.
Note: The battery charges in both wireless and wired modes when the keyboard is plugged in.
Function Key Combinations
The keyboard features numerous function key combinations. These are often accessed using the Fn key.

Using VIA Software
VIA allows for advanced customization of your keyboard layout and functions.
- Visit https://github.com/WestBerryVIA/via-releases/releases to download the latest VIA application for your computer's OS.
- Turn OFF the button of "Use V2 definitions (deprecated)".
- Download the EPOMAKER Alice 66 JSON file from https://epomaker.com/blogs/qmk-via/epomaker-alice66-via-json and load it into VIA.
- Once loaded, the "Configure" tab will display the layout and programmable functions.

Replacing Keycaps and Switches

Before installing switches, ensure the pins are clean and straight. ?
Included Tools
- Keycap Puller
- Switch Puller
Remove Switches
- Align the switch removal tool's gripping teeth vertically at the center of the switch.
- Grip the switch with the puller and apply pressure until it releases from the plate.
- Gently pull the switch away from the keyboard vertically.
Install Switches
- Check that all switch pins are straight and clean.
- Align the switch vertically so the Gateron logo faces north. Pins should align with the PCB.
- Press the switch down until you hear a click, indicating it has attached to the plate.
- Inspect and test the switch.
Note: If a key doesn't work, a switch may be bent. Remove and reinstall. Pins can be permanently damaged. Never use excessive force. Contact customer service if you encounter issues.

EPOMAKER's warranty covers factory defects affecting functionality. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from modifications. Replacement units may be provided. A 1-year warranty is offered for products bought from epomaker.com. This warranty is void if the product shows signs of modification, disassembly, or component replacement. Warranty is only valid for purchases from official EPOMAKER stores. For issues with items bought from resellers, contact the reseller.
