Get Started
1.1 Charging the Battery
- Only use the included charger.
- Plug the charger into the wall before connecting to the Charging Port.
- Do not turn on the Aero while it is charging.
- Charge the battery until it is fully charged, which takes up to 3 hours.

1.2 Indicator Lights
Status Light: If there is an issue with the Aero, the light will turn red, indicating a need for recalibration.
Battery Indicator Light: The light flashes red when the battery level falls below 20%. The Aero will automatically turn off once the battery power goes below 10% as a safety precaution.
1.3 How to Recalibrate
To recalibrate, hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds.
Follow these 3 simple steps:
- Place the Aero on a flat, level surface.
- Hold the Power Button (for about 5 seconds) until you are notified of a successful recalibration.
- Restart the Aero by turning it off and then on.

Make Moves
2.1 Riding the Aero
NEUTRAL: The hoverboard is in a stable, level position.
TURN LEFT: To turn left, lean your body slightly to the left. The hoverboard will tilt accordingly. [Leftward tilt arrow]
TURN RIGHT: To turn right, lean your body slightly to the right. The hoverboard will tilt accordingly. [Rightward tilt arrow]

Care & Maintenance
Riding Range
The maximum range is 7 miles. Factors affecting range include:
- Driving Surface: A smooth, flat surface increases driving distance.
- Weight: More weight means less distance.
- Temperature: Ride, store, and charge the Aero above 50°F (10°C).
- Maintenance: Timely battery charging increases driving distance.
- Driving Style: Frequent starting and stopping reduces driving distance.
Cleaning the Aero
Carefully wipe with a damp cloth, then dry with a dry cloth. Do not use water to clean the Aero, as electrical and electronic systems may get wet, potentially causing injury or malfunction. If electric parts or the battery get wet, do not power on the Aero. Contact Jetson Customer Support for assistance.
Battery
- Keep away from fire and excessive heat.
- Avoid intense physical shock, severe vibration, or impact.
- Protect from water or moisture.
- Do not disassemble the Aero or its battery.
- Contact Jetson Customer Support US 1-(888) 976-9904 for any battery issues.
Storage
- Fully charge the battery before storing.
- Recharge the battery once a month after initial storage.
- Cover the Aero to protect against dust.
- Store the Aero indoors, in a dry place.
Modifications
Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, repair, or replace the product or its components without instruction from Jetson Customer Support. This will void any warranty and may lead to malfunctions causing injury.
Additional Operation Cautions
- Do not lift the product off the ground while it is on and the wheels are in motion. This can result in freely spinning wheels, which may cause injury.
- Do not jump on or off the product, and do not jump while using it.
- Always keep your feet firmly planted on the mat sensors while in operation.
- Always check the battery charge before using.
Remember to be safe and most importantly, have fun!
Disposal of Used Battery
Batteries may contain hazardous substances. This symbol [Recycling Symbol] indicates that used batteries should not be treated as municipal waste. Dispose of batteries at an appropriate collection point for recycling to prevent negative consequences for the environment and human health. Recycling conserves natural resources. For more information, contact your local municipality waste disposal service.
Safety Warnings
- Before use, read the user manual and safety warnings carefully and understand all safety instructions. The user is responsible for any loss or damage caused by improper use.
- Before each operation, perform pre-operation checks: ensure guards and pads are in place and serviceable, the braking system functions properly, tires are in good condition and properly inflated, and the operating area is safe.
- Components must be maintained and repaired according to manufacturer specifications using authorized replacement parts, installed by dealers or skilled persons.
- Warning against recharging non-rechargeable batteries.
- Do not allow hands, feet, hair, body parts, clothing, or similar items to contact moving parts, wheels, or the drive train while the motor is running.
- This product should not be used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed.
- Unsupervised children should not play with the product. Adult supervision is required.
- The rider should not exceed 220 lb (100 kg).
- Do not operate the unit for racing, stunt riding, or other maneuvers that may cause loss of control.
- Never use near motor vehicles.
- Avoid sharp bumps, drainage grates, and sudden surface changes, as the hoverboard may stop suddenly.
- Avoid surfaces with water, sand, gravel, dirt, leaves, and other debris. Wet weather impairs traction, braking, and visibility.
- Avoid riding around flammable gas, steam, liquid, or dust that could cause fire.
- Operate only with adequate daylight visibility if the unit has no headlights. Owners are encouraged to use lighting and reflectors for conspicuity.
- Persons with heart conditions, pregnant women, individuals with head, back, or neck ailments, or prior surgeries to those areas, and those with conditions that may impair physical dexterity or mental capabilities to recognize and perform safety instructions should be cautioned not to operate.
- Do not ride at night.
- Do not ride after drinking or taking prescription medication.
- Do not carry items when riding.
- Never operate the product barefooted. Always wear shoes and keep shoelaces tied.
- Ensure your feet are always placed securely on the deck.
- Always use appropriate protective clothing, including a helmet with appropriate certification, and any other equipment recommended by the manufacturer (e.g., knee pads, elbow pads).
- Always give way to pedestrians.
- Be alert to your surroundings, both in front and far away.
- Do not allow distractions while riding, such as using a phone.
- The product cannot be ridden by more than one person.
- When riding with others, maintain a safe distance to avoid collisions.
- When turning, be sure to maintain your balance.
- Riding with improperly adjusted brakes is dangerous and can result in serious injury or death.
- The brake may become hot during operation; do not touch it with bare skin.
- Applying brakes too hard or too suddenly can lock a wheel, causing loss of control and falls. Sudden or excessive brake application may result in injury or death.
- If the brake loosens, adjust it with the hexagon wrench or contact Jetson Customer Support.
- Replace worn or broken parts immediately.
- Check that all safety labels are in place and understood before riding.
- The owner must ensure operators can understand and operate all components before use.
- Do not ride without proper training, at high speeds, on uneven terrain, or on slopes. Do not perform stunts or turn abruptly.
- Recommended for indoor use.
- Prolonged exposure to UV rays, rain, and the elements may damage enclosure materials; store indoors when not in use.
