01. Package Content

CPU Heatsink Tower: The main heatsink unit featuring aluminum fins and copper heat pipes for efficient heat dissipation.
120mm Fan: A cooling fan designed to be mounted on the heatsink.
Intel LGA1700/1200/115X Mounting Bracket: A backplate used for securing the cooler to Intel motherboards.
Intel Mounting Brackets (x2): Metal brackets used in conjunction with screws to attach the heatsink to the Intel mounting system.
AMD Mounting Brackets (x2): Metal brackets used in conjunction with screws to attach the heatsink to the AMD mounting system.
Screws (x2): Fasteners used for securing the mounting brackets.
Fan Clips (x4): Metal clips used to attach the fan to the heatsink.
Thermal Paste Syringe (x1): A syringe containing thermal compound to be applied between the CPU and the heatsink base.

02. Compatibility

This cooler supports the following CPU sockets:

Intel: LGA 1700, LGA 1200, LGA 115X (using components C, D, F)
AMD: AM5, AM4 (using components E, F)

03. Initial Preparation

Before proceeding with installation:

Ensure your motherboard is compatible with the cooler's mounting system.
Important: On the heatsink base (Component A), peel off the protective sticker before applying thermal paste. A warning label is often present on this sticker.
Apply a small amount of thermal paste (Component H) to the center of your CPU's Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS).

04. Installation - Intel LGA 1700/1200/115X

Follow these steps for Intel CPUs:

Mount Backplate: Attach the Intel LGA1700/1200/115X mounting bracket (C) to the back of your motherboard. Ensure it is oriented correctly.
Attach Mounting Brackets: Place the Intel mounting brackets (D) onto the motherboard's CPU socket area. Align them with the corresponding holes.
Secure Heatsink: Position the heatsink tower (A) over the CPU. Insert screws (F) through the mounting brackets (D) and into the heatsink.
Tighten Screws: Using a screwdriver, tighten the screws (F) in a diagonal, star pattern (1-2-3-4 as indicated in diagrams) to ensure even pressure. Do not overtighten. Note that specific holes on brackets D are for LGA 1700, while others are for LGA 1200/115X.

05. Installation - AMD AM5/AM4

Follow these steps for AMD CPUs:

Prepare Motherboard: Ensure the motherboard's stock AMD retention clips are removed if necessary, or that the correct mounting points are accessible.
Attach Mounting Brackets: Attach the AMD mounting brackets (E) to the motherboard's CPU socket area using the provided screws.
Secure Heatsink: Position the heatsink tower (A) over the CPU. Insert screws (F) through the mounting brackets (E) and into the heatsink.
Tighten Screws: Using a screwdriver, tighten the screws (F) in a diagonal, star pattern (1-2-3-4 as indicated in diagrams) to ensure even pressure. Do not overtighten.

06. Fan Installation

Attach the 120mm fan (B) to the heatsink tower (A) using the fan clips (G). Ensure the fan is oriented to push air through the heatsink fins towards the rear of the case or as per your system's airflow design.

07. CPU Fan Connection

Connect the CPU fan cable to the "CPU FAN" header on your motherboard. This header is typically located near the CPU socket.
