This manual serves as the owner's guide and installation manual for the Casablanca Verse ceiling fan. It details how to properly install and operate the fan, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Casablanca Fan Company warrants this ceiling fan to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods, provided it was purchased from an authorized dealer:
Warranty Coverage:
- Motor (excluding Electronics): Lifetime
- Component Parts, Electronic or Manual Control, Blades, Light Fixture, and Finish: One Year
- Light bulbs: No Warranty
Obtaining Service:
For warranty service, contact Casablanca at 1-888-227-2178 or visit https://www.CasablancaFanCo.com to find the nearest Authorized Service Center. Do not return the fan without prior approval. Ensure proper packaging to prevent transit damage, which is not covered by this warranty.
What is Not Covered:
This warranty is void if non-genuine Casablanca accessories are used. It does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, neglect, accident, misuse, extreme environmental conditions, or unauthorized service/modifications. Minor variations in plated metal finishes and characteristics of hand-blown glass (blisters, seeds, thin lines) are not considered defects. The owner is responsible for all installation, removal, and reinstallation costs. Casablanca will cover shipping charges for defective products sent to them and for return UPS shipments.
In-Home Service:
Casablanca offers in-home service where available. Within the first 120 days, a field service representative will repair or replace defective parts. Service Center contracts typically cover a 30-mile radius. Casablanca does not cover repairs due to improper installation. After 120 days, service calls and labor are charged to the consumer, but Casablanca covers defective parts throughout the warranty period. Service Centers require a Proof of Purchase. If in-home service is unavailable, the fan can be sent freight prepaid to Casablanca Fan Company in Memphis, TN, with a Proof of Purchase for repair and return at no charge.
