Front Panel
The front panel of the UPS features the following indicators and controls:
- 1. On/Off Button: The main power button for the UPS.
- 2. AC Mode Indicator: A green light indicates the UPS is operating in AC mode.
- 3. Battery Mode Indicator: An orange flashing light indicates the UPS is operating on battery power.
- 4. Fault Indicator: A red light indicates a fault condition.
The front panel also displays the Tuncmatik logo and a power symbol for the On/Off button.
Back Panel
The back panel of the UPS includes the following connections and protection:
- 5. Input Terminal: Where the UPS connects to the AC power source.
- 6. Output Terminal: Sockets where connected equipment is powered by the UPS.
- 7. Circuit Breaker: A resettable breaker for overload protection.
Product Description
This UPS is specifically designed for lifts, offering a lightweight and compact design suitable for limited working environments. It features boost and buck AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) to stabilize input voltage and includes a DC Start function, allowing the UPS to be started without AC power.

Inspection
Upon receiving the UPS, remove it from its packaging and inspect for any shipping damage. If damage is found, repack the unit and return it to the place of purchase.
Charging
The internal battery is shipped fully charged but may lose some charge during transit. To ensure optimal performance, recharge the battery before use. Turn on the UPS, plug it into a suitable power supply, and allow it to charge for at least 6 hours. The green LED will flash while the UPS is charging.
Placement
Install the UPS in a protected environment with adequate airflow, free from excessive dust, corrosive fumes, and conductive contaminants. Avoid operating the UPS in environments with high ambient temperature or humidity. The following conditions should be avoided: direct sunlight ☀️, rain ?️, and extreme temperatures ?️.
Turn On/Off
- To turn on the UPS, lightly press the power button.
- To turn off the UPS, press the power switch again.
DC Start (Cold Start)
All series are equipped with DC Start. To start the UPS when AC utility power is not available, press the power button for a minimum of 1 second.

Troubleshooting
Use the table below to solve minor problems:

Safety Warnings
This UPS utilizes voltages that may be hazardous. Do not attempt to disassemble the unit. The unit contains no user-serviceable parts. Only technical service personnel may perform repairs.
- Internal battery voltage is 12 Vdc. Sealed, lead-acid, 6 cells battery.
- The unit must be connected to a 2-pole 3-wire grounded power supply.
- In case of emergency, press the Smart On/Off Button for 4 seconds and disconnect the power cord from the AC power supply to properly disable the UPS.
- Do not allow liquids or foreign objects to enter the UPS. Do not place beverages or other liquid-containing vessels on or near the unit.
- This unit is intended for installation in a controlled environment (temperature controlled, indoor area free of conductive contaminants). Avoid installing the UPS in locations with standing or running water, or excessive humidity.
- Do not plug the UPS input into its own output.
- Do not connect non-computer-related items, such as medical equipment, life-support equipment, microwave ovens, vacuum cleaners, laser printers, or washing machines.
- To reduce the risk of overheating, do not cover the UPS cooling vents and avoid exposing the unit to direct sunlight or installing it near heat-emitting appliances.
- Unplug the UPS prior to cleaning and do not use liquid or spray detergent.
- Do not dispose of batteries in a fire as they may explode.
- Do not open or mutilate the battery or batteries. Released electrolyte is harmful to the skin and eyes and may be toxic.
- Attention: Hazardous through electric shock. Even with disconnection from the mains, hazardous voltage may still be accessible from the battery supply. Therefore, the battery supply should be disconnected at the positive and negative poles when maintenance or service work inside the UPS is necessary.
- Servicing of batteries should be performed by authorized personnel. Keep unauthorized personnel away from batteries.
- A battery can present a risk of electrical shock and high short circuit current. The following precautions should be observed when working on batteries:
- Remove watches, rings, or other metal objects from hands.
- Use tools with insulated handles.
- Wear rubber gloves and boots.
- Do not lay tools or metal parts on top of batteries.
- Disconnect charging source prior to connecting or disconnecting battery terminals.
- When replacing batteries, use the same number and type of sealed lead-acid battery. The maximum ambient temperature rating is 40°C.
- This pluggable type A equipment with battery installed by the supplier is operator-installable and may be operated by laymen.
- During installation, ensure that the sum of the leakage currents of the UPS and connected loads does not exceed 3.5 mA.
- The mains socket outlet supplying the UPS shall be installed near the UPS and be easily accessible.
