The InWin A Series is a power supply with high compatibility and reliability. It meets the 80 PLUS® certification for 230V. Equipped with a powerful single +12V rail design and multi-protection safeguards, the A Series provides great performance at a good price.

    The A Series is an 80 PLUS® 230V EU Standard Certified power supply. It delivers up to 85% efficiency during normal use, generating less heat and effectively maintaining the power supply's stability.
  • Smart Thermal Control to Balance Cooling and Noise
    The A Series utilizes a smart temperature-controlled 120mm fan. It automatically detects heat to adjust the fan speed accordingly, achieving silent operation and excellent thermal performance.
  • Single +12V rail design for High-End Systems
    A powerful single +12V rail design, perfect for high-end components or overclocking.
  • 3.3V DC to DC Design
    DC to DC converter design provides superior dynamic response and supports a foundation for greater system stability.

Cable Information

  • 24 (20+4) Pin Motherboard Cable: 1 piece. This cable connects to the motherboard's main power connector.
  • 8 (4+4) Pin CPU Cable: 1 piece. This cable provides power to the CPU, with a split connector for 4-pin or 8-pin configurations. (Length: 600mm)
  • 8 (6+2) Pin PCI-E Cable: 1 piece. This cable provides power to graphics cards, with a split connector for 6-pin or 8-pin configurations. (Length: 600mm)
  • SATA Cable: 2 pieces. These cables connect to SATA devices like hard drives and SSDs. (Length: 500mm, 120mm, 120mm)
  • 4 Pin Peripheral Cable: 1 piece. This cable connects to older peripherals like case fans or optical drives. (Length: 500mm, 120mm, 120mm)
  • Floppy Cable: 1 piece. This cable is for legacy floppy drives. (Length: 500mm, 120mm, 120mm)

Installation

  1. Ensure the power supply's AC power cable is not connected before installation.
  2. Place the power supply unit into the designated space within the computer case and secure it with screws.
  3. Connect the 24-pin power cable to the 24-pin socket on the motherboard.
  4. Connect the 8-pin +12V cable to the motherboard. If your motherboard has an 8-pin +12V socket, connect the 8-pin cable directly. If it has a 4-pin socket, detach the 4-pin from the 8-pin cable and plug it directly into your motherboard.
  5. Connect the peripheral cables, PCI-Express cables, and SATA cables to their appropriate sockets.
  6. Ensure all cables are tightly connected and store any unused modular cables for future use.
  7. Connect the AC power cord to the power supply and turn it on by switching the power button to the “I” position.

Troubleshooting

These troubleshooting points will help diagnose and solve problems if the power supply unit fails to operate properly:

  1. Please ensure the power supply and power cord are connected properly.
  2. Please ensure the power cord is plugged into the power socket.
  3. Please ensure the power supply I/O button is switched to the “I” position.
  4. Please check if all connectors (motherboard and peripheral) are connected properly.
  5. Please allow a 5-second interval before turning the power on again after the power supply has been switched off manually.
  6. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact your local distributor for RMA support.

Notices

  1. Please use anti-static precautions while installing components to prevent damage and injury.
  2. Install in accordance with the user manual's instructions and safety warnings.
  3. High voltages are present in the power supply. Do not open the power supply case. Any modifications may damage the product and may place the user at risk.
  4. Do not use the power supply if it has been wet or damaged to avoid electric shock or injury.
  5. Do not install the power supply near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, or other apparatus that produces heat.
  6. Do not insert any objects into the open ventilation or fan grill area.
  7. Use only InWin supplied cables. Other cables might not be compatible and could cause serious damage to your system and power supply.
  8. Do not modify the cables and/or connectors included with the power supply.

Warranty

  1. InWin provides a 3-year warranty toward the product. The warranty covers malfunctions or flaws before customer use. The warranty starts from your initial purchase (according to the date on your receipt). Please note that InWin does not honor the warranty for the product if it is not purchased personally or if it is purchased through an unauthorized distribution channel.
  2. This limited warranty shall not apply if the defect was caused through any of the following: 1) Abuse and misuse, 2) Operation outside of product specification, 3) Unauthorized service or modification, 4) Any and all alteration of the product.
