HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM UNDER THE GOODWE LIMITED WARRANTY
To make a warranty claim, please contact your local distributor or installer. If you are unable to obtain satisfactory service, you can escalate your request by creating a service ticket via https://goodwetechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb. GOODWE cooperates with distributors and installers worldwide to provide timely service.
Please have the following information ready when contacting a service channel:
- Claimant contact information (name, company, phone, email, address).

REMEDY
If a claim is valid, GOODWE may, at its discretion:
- Fix the issue by changing configurations or updating software.
- Repair the Energy Storage system by replacing with spare parts.
- Exchange the Energy Storage system for a new, refurbished, or upgraded model. If replaced, the remaining warranty period transfers to the new unit, with a minimum 6-month extension if the remaining period is less than half a year. An RMA report must be submitted for replacement cases.
- If a fault is proven to be caused by faulty installation, GOODWE may require the original installer to provide a solution before intervention, and may charge the installer for costs if they fail to do so.
- All replaced parts become GOODWE's property. A handling fee may be charged for units not covered by the warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED AND NOT COVERED?

Transportation costs may be covered by GOODWE using normal ground transportation up to a specified amount; excess costs or costs for alternative transportation methods are the claimant's responsibility. If the allegedly defective Energy Storage system is not returned within 4 weeks of receiving a replacement, or if no damage is found, GOODWE will invoice the claimant for the replacement unit and associated charges.
On-site service labor costs may be covered by a rebate offered by GOODWE at its sole discretion, under specific conditions:
- The rebate is only for the party performing the on-site service.
