7. INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
Tools Required:
- Cross screw driver
- Adjustable wrench
- Scissors
Please check if the accessories are complete as per the packing list.
Installation position required:
- Close to a 220V/110V socket.
- Close to a municipal tap water source.
- Close to a drain outlet. Please note that the position of drain pipes should be at least 20 cm lower than the water pan.
Install the connection node:
- Insert the pre-moistened end of the tube of the water filter (1) into the plastic sleeve of the connecting node (2) until it stops about 15 mm deep and house the clip (4).
- Check the tightness of the tube (1) fastening: with a force of 80–100 N, the tube should not be pulled out.
- Wrap threads of the connection node with Teflon tape.
Install the drain clamp:
- Remove the protective film from the gasket. Bond the gasket to the inside of the clamp so that the hole in the gasket matches the hole in the clamp fitting.
- Place the clamp on the pipe and then tighten the bolts. The bolts should be tightened evenly so that the two pieces of the clamp are parallel.
- Drill a 7 mm hole through the clamp connection. Put a plastic nut on the free end of the drain tube and, inserting the tube into the drain clamp by 20–30 mm, screw the nut onto the fitting.
Connect the silicon tube to the drain of the water pan or a bucket.
ATTENTION! The end of the pipeline must be flat where the connecting node is connected. Do not use excessive force when tightening the clamping nut. Otherwise, it will damage the gasket.
In the event of any mechanical damage to the connecting node due to improper installation and use, claims will not be accepted.
- Shut off the cold water line and relieve excess pressure.
- Make sure that there is a sealing gasket (3) in the clamping nut of the connecting node (2).
- Connect the connecting node (2) to the pipeline. If necessary, use thread seal tape to seal the external thread of the node.
- Close the inlet cock of the connecting node and supply water from the cold water supply line to make sure that the connection is tight (no leaks).
- Pull the retaining clip (4) out from under the plastic sleeve of the connecting node (2).
Take off the front panel and install filter cartridges to water purifier according to the labels indicated below.
Diagrams show the AQUAPHOR OSMO PRO, AQUAPHOR PRO 1, AQUAPHOR PRO 100, and AQUAPHOR PRO M filter cartridges.
Please pay attention to the positions of filter cartridges and install them in the right order (see Fig. 6).
8. HOW TO INSTALL
Install the drain pipe:
Firstly, cut two pieces of PE pipes in suitable length and make sure the notches are flat and smooth. Then, connect the outlet of RO drain water and Water Pan to the PVC downcomer.

5. Function description
5.1. Fault Display the corresponding fault code:
- 02 indicates that the NTC probe is faulty, short-circuited, or disconnected.
- 03 Water shortage fault: when the water level (low water level or high water level) is still not detected after 60 minutes of water production, this code appears.
- 04 When the low pressure switch is faulty, when the low pressure switch is disconnected for 1S, it means that the raw water is short of water, the water pressure is insufficient, or the low pressure switch is faulty, and this code appears.
When there is a fault, the fault indicator will flash continuously, and it will be accompanied by the sound of the buzzer.
5.2. Power-off memory function:
The electric control board has a power-off memory function.
5.3. Power-saving mode function:
The machine automatically enters power-saving mode without taking water for 100 seconds, and the display screen is slightly bright. Press any key to restore the system to normal working state.
5.4. Filter life reset:
Press the set key: long press * 0 for 3S at the same time. When the "heating" icon starts flashing, touch 0 (the touch sequence of continuous output water is "heating" – "cooling" – K1 – RO – K7), then select the related filter cartridge to reset. Long press * for 3S, then the filter cartridge is finished reset. After all settings are completed, long press * 0 for 3S to complete the setting.
5.5. The temperature setting (only for hot water and cold water):
Long press * 0 for 3S at the same time. When the "heating" icon starts flashing, touch ◊ (the touch sequence of continuous output water is "heating" – "cooling" – K1 – RO – K7). When "heating" flashes, touch ♨️ to raise the temperature, and touch ❄️ to lower the temperature. The hot water temperature ranges from 50 °C to 93 °C. After the hot water temperature is set to the desired temperature, touch 0. Making cold water: After "Cooling" starts blinking, the temperature setting procedure is the same as that for hot water. The range of cold water temperature is 3 °C to 15 °C. After all settings are completed, long press * 0 for 3S to complete the setting. If you don't press any key, it will exit automatically 10S later.
5.6. Version display:
Press * & for 3S in normal state to enter the version display. The current version number is 101.
5.7. Check the hot water temperature:
When ? is not unlocked, touching ♨️ will display the hot water temperature, and when the button is released, the hot water temperature disappears.
6. Simple program description
6.1. Safety inspection when plugged in and powered on:
The buzzer of the machine will sound once after the power is turned on. If the water level of the water tank cannot detect the low water level, the heating and cooling functions of the machine's hot tank and cold tank will not be activated. At this time, the pump starts to work and rinses for 30 seconds and then starts to produce water. When the water level detects the bottom water level, the hot tank and the compressor start to work (the fan works with the compressor), and when the water is produced until the high water level, the pump (booster pump or water pump) stops working to produce water.
6.2. When the machine is working normally, the logic of water production:
When the machine is in the water outlet state, it starts water production when the water level of the water tank reaches the low water level, and stops water production when it reaches the high water level. When the machine is in the state of no water, when the water is in the middle of the high water level and the low water level, when the high water level is not detected for 30 seconds, the machine starts to make water until the high water level is reached. When the water level (low water level or high water level) is not detected after 60 minutes of water production, this code 03 water shortage alarm will appear.
6.3. Hot water temperature compensation:
When the temperature is between 51°C and 74 °C, add 4 °C to the displayed temperature, and when the temperature is 74 °C to 90 °C, add 9 °C to the displayed temperature, and when the temperature is greater than 90 °C, display 100 °C. When the temperature is ≤51 °C, it displays the real-time temperature.
6.4. Heating and cooling logic.
6.4.1. Heating logic.
The factory program of the water dispenser sets the default temperature to 93 °C. When the temperature reaches 94 °C, the water dispenser stops heating. When the temperature drops to a temperature difference of 5 °C from the set temperature, it starts to heat.
6.4.2. Refrigeration logic
The factory default setting temperature of the water dispenser is 3 °C. When the sensor detects the set temperature, the compressor stops working. When the temperature rises to 6 °C, the compressor starts to work.
7. UV lamp function
Turn on forcibly for 1 hour, and then turn on for 20 minutes every 40 minutes for sterilization.
