Parts List and Diagrams
The following sections detail the components and assembly steps. Each step is illustrated with diagrams and a list of required parts for different trampoline sizes.
Step 1: Frame Assembly
Assemble the main frame using parts labeled 1, 2, 3, and 5. Specific quantities vary by trampoline size (e.g., 8ft-10ft require 6x part 2, 12ft-14ft require 8x part 2).
Step 2: Spring Attachment Preparation
Attach part 4 to the frame. For 8ft-10ft trampolines, use 3x part 4. For 12ft-14ft trampolines, use 4x part 4.
Step 3: Attaching the Jumping Mat
Connect the jumping mat to the frame using the springs (part 6). The number of springs required depends on the trampoline size: 8ft requires 42x part 6, 10ft requires 54x part 6, 12ft requires 72x part 6, and 14ft requires 80x part 6.
Step 4: Securing the Jumping Mat
Further secure the jumping mat using the provided cord (part 11). Follow the diagrams for proper threading and tightening. Ensure the cord is pulled tight.
Step 5: Attaching the Safety Net
Attach the safety net poles (part 7) to the frame. Use 3x part 7 for 8ft-10ft models and 4x part 7 for 12ft-14ft models. Then, attach the safety net itself using the provided straps and cord (parts 8, 9, 10, 11).
Step 6: Installing the Protective Padding
Place the protective padding (part 10) over the springs and frame edges. Secure the padding using the provided cord (part 11) by threading it through the loops as shown in the diagrams.
Step 7: Final Frame Assembly
Complete the frame assembly by attaching the remaining frame parts and ensuring all connections are secure. Use parts 7a and 7b as indicated in the diagrams.
Step 8: Securing the Jumping Mat to the Frame
Ensure the jumping mat is evenly attached to the frame using the springs. The diagrams show how to attach the mat at points A, B, and C.
Step 9: Attaching the Safety Net Poles
Attach the safety net poles (part 15) to the frame.
Step 10: Final Spring Attachment
Complete the attachment of the jumping mat to the frame by connecting the remaining springs (part 12). Use 3x part 12 for 8ft-10ft models and 4x part 12 for 12ft-14ft models.
