Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Caster Wheels to Base

Insert the 5 caster wheels (5) into the sockets on the chair base (4). Push firmly until they are securely seated. The diagram shows arrows indicating the direction of insertion.

Step 2: Install Gas Lift and Seat Mechanism

Place the chair base (4) upright. Insert the gas lift cylinder (6) into the central hole of the base (4). Place the seat mechanism (7) onto the top of the gas lift cylinder (6). The diagram shows arrows indicating insertion.

Step 3: Attach Backrest and Armrests to Seat Cushion

Align the backrest (1) with the rear mounting points on the seat cushion (3). Attach the backrest (1) to the seat cushion (3) using 4 screws labeled 'B' (M6 x 30mm) and the Allen wrench (D). Also, attach the left armrest (8) and right armrest (10) to the sides of the seat cushion (3).

Step 4: Attach Seat Cushion to Seat Plate

Align the seat cushion (3) with the seat plate/mechanism (9). Secure the seat cushion (3) to the seat plate (9) using 4 screws labeled 'A' (M6 x 35mm) and 4 washers (E). The diagram shows dashed lines connecting these parts.

Step 5: Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift

Align the seat plate (9) of the assembled seat unit (seat cushion (3) with backrest (1) and armrests (8, 10) attached) with the top of the gas lift cylinder (6) which is already in the base (4). Lower the seat assembly onto the gas lift cylinder.

Step 6: Attach Headrest

Align the headrest (2) with the mounting bracket at the top of the backrest (1). Slide the headrest (2) into place until it is securely attached. The diagram shows an arrow indicating downward insertion.

Step 7: Final Assembly Check

Ensure all components are securely fastened and all screws are tightened. Your chair is now fully assembled.
