Installation / Instalación

Read Before Installation

1. Carefully read and understand all instructions before attempting installation.
2. For safety, disconnect the negative battery terminal before starting.
3. Ensure you have all necessary tools: Drill, Allen set, Crimp tool, Soldering iron, Wire Strippers, Heat-shrink tubing.
4. Use high-quality "Waterproof" connectors for a reliable installation and to minimize signal or power loss.
5. Be cautious when drilling: avoid gas tanks, fuel lines, brake/hydraulic lines, vacuum lines, or electrical wiring. For boats, ensure you do not drill through the main hull.
6. Run wires away from fuel lines or power sources if possible. Routing wires inside the hull or vehicle cabin offers the best protection.
7. Avoid running wires over or through sharp edges. Use rubber or plastic grommets to protect wires passing through metal, especially on the tower.
8. Ensure mounting clamps or "L" brackets are tight before finalising.
9. Decide on your desired LED lighting setup and wire accordingly. For "Dancing Light" effects, consider the optional WiFi, RF, or BT remote-controlled LED light box.

Beginning Mounting

1. Install the speaker onto the tower by connecting the internal speaker cables and securing with the supplied mesh and screws.
2. Find a suitable location for easy wiring of the speaker and LED lights, ensuring it does not impede movement.
3. Using the supplied 6mm hex wrench, loosen the 4-M8 screw holding the top clamp.
4. Drill a 15-20mm hole on the bottom of the mounting tube, aligning it with the clamp wire outlet hole.
5. Connect the speaker's AMP out wire and the LED controller wire. Securely lock the clamp to the tube.
6. Cut the rubber pad and wire outlet to match the diameter of the installation pipe.

Mounting Steps Visual Guide

Step 3: Loosen the 4-M8 screw using a 6mm hex wrench. The diagram shows the M8 bolt with spring stop washer, 6 core wires, speaker wires, and the rubber pad for the tube.

Step 4: Drill a 15-20mm hole on the bottom of the mounting tube to align with the wire outlet.

Step 5: Connect speaker wires and LED controller wires. Lock the clamp to the tube.

Step 6: Prepare the rubber pad and wire outlet according to the pipe diameter.

Step 7: Wrap the rubber pad around the pipe and align the wire outlet hole as shown in the diagram.

Step 8: Push the wire into the tube, press the rubber pad, and lock the top clamp.

Step 9: Secure the safety rope and lock the clamp base using the provided screw and threadlocker for vibration resistance.

Step 10: Rotate the speaker/enclosure for optimal dispersion by adjusting the set screws on the clamp base. Tighten screws securely to prevent vibration and loosening.

Step 11: Locate the spot on the tower bar to drill for the 6-conductor wire (speaker and RGB lighting). Alternatively, use the tie-wrap solution shown.

Step 12: Remove the Wire NBR Plug. Slide the wire through the hole and down the tower tube to connect to the audio and lighting system. Solder or butt connect the speaker wire and heat-shrink for protection.

Step 13: For flat mounting, remove the clamp, pass the 6-core wire through the flat mounting bracket, and assemble. The diagram illustrates the TIE-WRAP ACROSS TOWER TUBE method, FRONT LOGO CAR ROTATION (30 degrees), and the difference between FLAT MOUNTING and TUBE MOUNTING.

Installation & Connection Options

With LED Control Module (LED-BTC): Connect as shown in the diagram. Wires include Blue LED (-), Red LED (-), Green LED (-), Black 12V DC (+), White Speaker (+), Grey Speaker (-).

Without LED Control Module (LED-BTC):

• Black wire "BK" to battery Positive (+) 12V.
• White Color Light "R", "B", and "G" to battery Negative (-).
• Green Color Light "G" to battery Negative (-).
• Red Color Light "R" to battery Negative (-).
• Blue Color Light "B" to battery Negative (-).
• Purple Color Light "R" and "B" to battery Negative (-).
• Yellow Color Light "R" and "G" to battery Negative (-).
• Cyan Color Light "B" and "G" to battery Negative (-).
