Safety Instructions
WARNING: Failure to observe these warnings and cautions could result in serious injury or death, fire or explosion, and damage to property.
- This grill is designed for outdoor use only. Never use indoors, in buildings, tents, caravans, campers, boats, or any enclosed or partially enclosed areas due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning or death.
- Ensure the grill is used in a well-ventilated area.
- Keep the grill away from flammable materials, dry grass, and areas where barbecuing is prohibited. Maintain a safe distance from wood, wooden planks, wooden decking, porches, and verandas.
- Place the grill on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure it does not obstruct walkways.
- Before lighting, confirm the grill is correctly unfolded and all parts are fitted.
- Use extreme caution. The grill becomes very hot during operation. Never leave a lit grill unattended.
- Keep children and pets away from the grill during operation and while it is cooling down.
- Do not use the grill in windy weather.
- Protective gloves and tongs are recommended for handling.
- Avoid wearing loose-sleeved clothing that could catch fire.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Allow the grill to cool down completely before moving or cleaning.
- When storing, protect the grill from adverse weather conditions (rain, sun, humidity). Disconnect the gas cylinder if storing for extended periods.
- Do not use an open flame (e.g., a match) to check for gas leaks.
- Always cook with care and be prepared for emergencies. Locate your first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
- Do not heat or grill food in sealed containers, as pressure build-up can cause an explosion.

- Final Assembly & Testing: Perform a leak test on all gas connections. Place flame tamers (3) and grates (1, 2) into the grill.
Connecting and Leak Testing the Gas Cylinder
Ensure the cylinder and grill are away from ignition sources. Check the LPG hose for damage. Ensure the cylinder valve is OFF. Remove the protective cap from the cylinder valve. Verify the regulator gasket is in place. Screw the regulator (left-hand thread) onto the cylinder valve. Open the cylinder valve slowly and check all connections for leaks using a soap solution. If leaks are found, tighten connections or replace parts. Do not operate if leaks persist.
Lighting the Burners
- Ensure assembly and leak test are complete. Raise the grill lid.
- Set all control knobs to OFF. Open the main gas cylinder valve.
- To light main burners: Press and hold a control knob (3-5 seconds) for gas flow. Turn knob to "HI" (lightning bolt symbol). Burner should ignite via piezo igniter. Hold knob (2-3 seconds) for flame stabilization.
- Light additional burners by turning their knobs to "HI" while pressing. Light one by one.
- Side burner lights similarly.
- If burners don't light, turn all knobs to OFF, wait 5 minutes, and try again.
- If piezo igniter fails, use a lighter or long matches. Remove grates/diffusers, turn knob to "HI", and introduce flame near burner holes.
Shutting Down the Grill
Turn off the main gas cylinder valve first, then turn all burner control knobs to the OFF position.
Handling and Grilling Techniques
First Use: Perform a burn-off: light all burners to "HI" for 20 minutes with the lid closed. Turn off burners, open lid, and cool down. This removes residues and odors.
Preheating: Preheat grill for ~10 minutes with lid closed. Clean and lightly oil grates before cooking.
Grilling Temperatures:
- "HI" (High): 320-340°C. For quick heating, searing.
- "LO" (Low): ~150°C. For slow cooking, smoking.
- Intermediate settings offer temperatures between "HI" and "LO".
Note: Actual internal temperatures may vary based on ambient conditions.
Grilling Methods:
- Direct Grilling: Cooking directly over the flame. Ideal for steaks, fish, burgers, vegetables.
- Indirect Grilling: Cooking away from direct flame using heat circulation. Place food on the middle grate with outer burners lit. Use a drip pan for moisture/flavor.

Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage
Post-Grilling: Burn off residue for 5-10 minutes on "HI" with lid closed.
Cleaning: Cool grill. Clean grates with brush, coat with oil. Wash grates with dish soap/water, rinse. Avoid harsh detergents. Clean diffusers with a brush.
Maintenance: Inspect burners annually for wear. Burner cleaning requires professional service.
Storage: Store in a dry place protected from weather. Disconnect gas cylinder for long-term storage.
