User's Guide
Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the product and keep it for future reference.
Warning:
- Use the product indoors only. Avoid direct sunlight from balconies or other exposed areas.
- Only use dry pet food and freeze-dried food in the storage barrel. Other items may cause device malfunctions or pose a choking hazard to pets.
- Ensure the power cord is properly covered or stored to prevent pets from chewing on it, which could lead to electric shock or other hazards.
- Do not wash the main body of the device directly to prevent damage to internal electronic components.
Caution:
- To prevent the device from being knocked over by pets, it is recommended to place it in a corner or against a wall.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the device yourself, as this will void the warranty and after-sales service rights.
- This device is suitable for dry pet food with a diameter of up to 15mm. Do not use wet pet food, as it can cause blockage in the dispensing chute and damage electronic components due to moisture.
- The actual capacity of the storage barrel and the amount of food dispensed may vary depending on the shape and density of the pet food particles.
- For short-term travel plans, it is recommended to install dry batteries in the device beforehand to prevent malfunctions caused by temporary power outages.
FCC Compliance and Safety Information
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children without supervision.
- This appliance must only be supplied at safety extra-low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.

Key Buttons and Indicators:
Wi-Fi Button:
Press and hold for 7 seconds to initiate pairing mode.
- White flashing: Indicates pairing mode.
- Solid white: Shows the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Breathing white: Indicates the device is upgrading.
Dispense Button:
Press this button twice to dispense 2 servings of food.
- Orange flashing: The storage barrel is not installed correctly.
- Solid orange: Indicates a low food level in the storage barrel.
- Solid red: Signals a food jam or device malfunction.
- Red flashing: Indicates low battery power.

Product Usage
Product Assembly
- Connect the power adapter: Attach the power adapter to the power interface located at the bottom of the device, then plug it into a power socket. A short beep sound and a flashing white indicator light confirm successful power-on.

- Battery replacement: Open the battery cover on the bottom of the device. Replace the existing batteries with 3 new size D batteries, then securely close the battery cover.

APP Download and Device Network Setup
APP Download:
For new users: Scan the QR code or search for "PET MARVEL" in your device's App Store or Google Play Store to download and register the app. For existing users who have already downloaded the app, scanning the QR code will directly lead you to the device connection page.

Device Network:
Open the "PET MARVEL" app, place your phone close to the device, and follow the on-screen pairing instructions within the app. To unbind the device (reset pairing), press and hold the "Wi-Fi Key" on the device for 7 seconds. Listen for a short beep and observe the indicator light flashing white, which confirms the device has been successfully unbound and its pairing has been reset.
Daily Operation
- The device automatically checks the pet food level in the storage barrel. If the level is insufficient, the indicator light will turn solid orange.
- To add food, open the top cover and pour pet food into the storage barrel.
Desiccant Replacement
- Open the desiccant box and remove the used desiccant packet.
- Insert a new desiccant packet into the box, close the lid, and then place the top cover back onto the device.
- It is recommended to replace the desiccant packet every 1 to 3 months.
Manual Dispensing:
To manually dispense food, quickly press the "Dispense Button" on the device twice. This action will dispense 2 servings of food.

Maintenance and Care
To ensure the health of your pets, it is recommended to regularly clean the feeder's storage barrel components and the food bowl.
Storage Barrel Cleaning
- Remove the storage barrel by holding down the buttons located on both sides of the main unit and lifting the barrel upwards.
- Remove the turnplate: Refer to the accompanying diagram. Turn and lift out the turnplate cover to ensure thorough cleaning by wiping or washing.
- Installation: After confirming that all parts are completely dry, place them back onto the main unit in their original positions to resume normal operation.
Food Bowl Cleaning
It is recommended to clean the food bowl every 3 days. After removing the food bowl, wipe or wash it. Ensure it is completely dry before placing it back into the feeder.
Note: The main body of the feeder is not washable and should only be cleaned with wet wipes. The stainless steel bowl is dishwasher-safe.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any of the following situations during product usage, please consult the table below for possible causes and their corresponding solutions:

- Any malfunction or defect caused by improper use, unsuitable environmental conditions, or misuse.
- Any fault or defect resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized maintenance, force majeure events, or other external factors.
- Any fault or defect caused by the use of non-original fittings or accessories.
- The product has exceeded its warranty period.
- Other failures or damages not attributable to the product's design, technology, manufacturing process, or quality.
- Normal fading, wear and tear, or consumption of parts during product use.
- Inability to provide a valid proof of purchase.
