Common Problems
Q: Why my device stays "Offline"?
A: The newly added device needs 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and the network. If it remains offline for a long time, judge the problem based on the blue Wi-Fi indicator status:
-
Blue Wi-Fi indicator flashes once per second: The switch failed to connect to your Wi-Fi.
- Maybe you entered a wrong Wi-Fi password.
- Maybe the distance between the switch and your router is too great, or the environment causes interference. Try getting closer to the router. If it fails, add it again.
- The 5G Wi-Fi network is not supported; only the 2.4GHz wireless network is supported.
- Maybe MAC address filtering is enabled on your router. Please disable it.
-
Blue indicator flashes twice per second: The device has connected to Wi-Fi but failed to connect to the server.
- Ensure your network is stable enough. Frequent double flashes indicate an unstable network, not a product issue.
- If the network is normal, try pressing the "Reset Button" (⚙️) or turning off the power to restart the switch.
